Because it's right by the ocean, the sunrises and sunsets are truly beautiful. The apartment also has all the amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. My family and I are now back to our daily lives satisfied. This is a place I'd love to stay again.

This accommodation is a great place to watch the sunrise from the sea every morning while sitting comfortably in the living room. There is also a skywalk nearby, so it was nice to go for a walk after dinner. In addition, since it is a newly built apartment, all home appliances including the system air conditioner are built-in, and it is clean and convenient to use. The best thing was the white bedding set, which is not easy to manage. It was fluffy and clean, just like a 5-star hotel, so even people who are sensitive to sleep were able to sleep well. Usually, items that guests use are provided at a reasonable price, but this accommodation is provided with luxurious ****, such as ***** ***** ****, and *** and **** ** ***, etc., thanks to the generous consideration of the owner, so I was a little touched. As I write this, it seems like an advertisement, but we are just an elderly couple who likes to travel, and since we have been to many places, we naturally compare accommodations, but we hardly felt any shortcomings in this accommodation, so we are leaving a compliment.

I stayed with a 4-month-old baby for a month :) When I made the reservation, there were no reviews, so I was very worried before making the reservation, but it was a choice I don't regret. The host was so kind. I was able to stay comfortably because he was so accommodating. The house had a great view, and it was a very happy time to see the wide ocean view every day. The host prepared a lot of things, so we didn't have to pack anything else except for the baby's luggage. There are most things that you might think you need, such as basic food ingredients, kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, toothpaste, kitchen towels, etc. It has double-glazed windows, so it's well insulated, and the house is quiet (you can't hear any noise between floors) and well-ventilated. The living room is spacious, so it was good for the family to spend time together. Pohang, Cheongsong, and other nearby places are about 40 minutes away by car, so it's good for going out on the weekends, and there's a Daiso and a mart within 5-10 minutes. It was a place I wanted to stay again when my baby grew up.

It's good. Everything you need for daily life is provided in the accommodation. I was so grateful that I could feel the host's sincerity. I'm worried that this accommodation will become too famous. It's a place that makes me think that I should plan my next trip in advance because it will be difficult to make a reservation soon. There are many places to walk within 20-30 minutes. It's also good to drive along the coastal road. This summer, it was hard to do outdoor activities in the heat, so I went to cafes often, but there are many cafes within 10 minutes by car. I didn't have anything to contact the host, so I didn't call him. Everything is prepared for that. If you just check the check-in message, you'll have a great trip from then on. Thank you very much.
