This is a house that the owner uses as a second home. It's not luxurious, but it has a cozy interior and a yard that's starting to have trees and flowers, so it looks promising for the future. The ground is slightly elevated, so the view to the left of the entrance is clear, and the fields, village, and mountains in the distance are all pleasantly visible. There are industrial buildings nearby, so it doesn't have the feel of a quiet country life, but there are no people in the evenings, so you can stay without worrying about noise complaints. The road in front of the house is the homeowner's property, so you can park anywhere on the road around the house. Two cars can be parked right in front of the house. It is very close to Everland and has beds, so it is a good place for a large family with many children to stay while sightseeing. It is also recommended as a place to stay for those who are on business trips nearby. It is a rural house with poor public transportation and difficult to reach amenities on foot, but if you have a car, it is cost-effective and can accommodate many people.
