The heating is floor heating and can be controlled directly by the tenant. Please note that additional costs may be charged if the provided items are damaged. ▷ How to dispose of waste: Please dispose of general waste in the large trash can on each floor. Please dispose of separated waste in the separated waste bin on each floor. When separating waste, be sure to dispose of food waste and leftover drinks cleanly. Food waste bins are provided by the sink on each floor. ▷ Shoe rack: You can store your shoes in the shoe rack at the entrance or in the area marked with the number of the room. If you don't have your own lake or have other shoes, please tell the manager. ▷ Kitchen use Kitchen hours: No earlier than 23:00. Please finish washing dishes and cleaning up by that time. Please clean up all food left behind after washing the dishes. Please store your items in the compartments of your room number in the refrigerator and sink, and be sure to take them out when you check out.
