The town center is within 10 minutes by car This is a picturesque country house (single-family home). This is Haman, where the history and culture of Ara Gaya are alive and breathing. It is a village entrance where cars rarely pass by, 5-10 minutes by car from Gunbuk Uiryeong Tollgate, and it is also quite far from the village. In front of the house is a wide plain with a wide open view, so the morning sunrise is beautiful. Behind the house is Bangeosan Mountain walking trail. The house is about 1200 pyeong and is a farm (blueberry farm). There is a pond with a rainbow fountain where you can rest and think, and a golf course where you can practice your shots. The vinyl house building is equipped with various exercise equipment such as exercise cycles and inversion tables, a jumping trampoline that children love, a square water play pool in the summer, and equipment for playing table tennis and badminton. Among the twin houses We use the large house in front as our family's second home. I'm renting out the detached house in the back. (27 pyeong, single-family home with large living room, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, internet, etc.) There is also a cafe building with air conditioning and heating. We also offer free karaoke for those who would like to sing.
