1 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute to a convenience store, large mart (E-Mart, Lotte Mart), Coupang Rocket Delivery, 10 minutes by car from the airport I reinterpreted and decorated a Jeju stone wall house. It is a truly emotional accommodation that is very close to the city center and has a beautiful Jeju-like feel with a large yard and stone walls.

- 난방비 입실시 별도결제(9월~5월) - 실내에서 절대 금연 입니다. - 수영장은 6월~9월까지 이용 가능 합니다. - 객실 내에서 냄새나 연기가 심한 음식 조리는 불가합니다. (후라이팬 사용 불가) - 전원주택 특성상 벌레나 고양이등의 기타 동물의 출몰로 환불은 불가 합니다 - 동절기 이웃집 아궁이에서 하루에 대략 15분 정도 연기가 마당으로 넘어 올 수 있습니다. - 시설물 훼손 오염 또는 분실시에는 그에 따른 비용을 청구 합니다(침구,벽오염등) 2인 사용 기준 시설로 최대 6인까지 이용 가능 합니다. - 예약 인원과 실제 입실 인원이 다를 경우 예약은 자동으로 취소 됩니다.(환불불가) - 실내에서는 모든 화기 사용을 금지 합니다.단 단순 조리 목적의 주방 인덕션만 사용 가능. - 게스트의 과실로 인한 사고는 게스트에게 책임이 있습니다. 낙상사고와 문턱에 걸려서 넘어지지 않도록 주의 하세요. - 마당에서 비행기 이착륙 장면을 약간 감상 할 수 있으나 소리도 같이 들립니다.허나 집 내부에는 엘지 샷시로 시공되어 있어 방음이 잘 됩니다. - 최대 5인 이상의 인원이 상주 할 수 없으며 2인 이상의 인원이 사용시 추가 비용 있습니다.(1인1박당 15,000원) - 바베큐 이용시 입실일 오후1시까지 말씀해 주세요. (추후 신청 불가 합니다.) ※그릴,숯3만원,장작(5kg~6kg)3만원 세트 5만5천원의 추가비용 있습니다. - 숙박 시설내의 캠핑의자 파라솔등의 모든 비품 및 시설물은 숙박 시설 밖으로 반출하지 아니합니다. - 누전,건물 결함 등의 화재 사고를 제외한 게스트의 부주의로 인한 사고는 게스트가 책임진다. - 게스트는 시설물을 자유롭게 사용 할 수 있는 권리를 갖는다. 단 야외(마당,기타 시외 공간)에서의 음주는 21:00시까지 제한 한다.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
