On the second floor, there is a large, private swimming pool that you can use individually~(see photo)🤗 You can use the warm interior and cute yard exclusively. It is a quiet neighborhood, so there is no animal noise (chickens, dogs) or noise between floors, which is an advantage of living alone. This is a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably. As the number of people in a densely populated residential area increases, noise becomes a cause for complaint from neighbors.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, cannot be consumed indoors. When using the barbecue, please use the portable gas burner provided in the warehouse (you must prepare your own butane gas). The use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited to prevent fire. Please clean the portable gas burner immediately after use.
