If unauthorized filming takes place, you will be asked to leave without a refund, and claims for damages may be filed. This is a detached house with a yard and a rooftop. Parking is available for 2 cars. A 1-minute walk to the Han River. This accommodation allows for daily walks along the Han River. A 10-minute walk to the subway station. This is the second floor of a two-story detached house. You have exclusive use of the entire second floor. You will not share space with other guests. Since it is a two-story detached house, it is also possible to rent the entire house, including both the first and second floors. Please inquire if you are interested. ^^ The first floor is slightly semi-basement. This accommodation can accommodate up to 7–8 people. It features one bathroom and allows for cooking in the kitchen. It is a spacious venue suitable for various gatherings, such as drama filming locations, YouTube filming, group meetings, family gatherings, company meetings, school meetings, study groups, orientation sessions, birthday parties, and bridal showers. Long-term stays are available. BBQ parties are possible. If you would like a BBQ party, please request it when making your reservation. BBQ grill usage fee (charcoal and tools provided): 30,000 KRW for up to 4 people. For groups of 4 or more, an additional 5,000 won applies per extra person. *Additional bedding set for sleeping on the floor: 20,000 won (Check-in, check-out, and BBQ are all self-service.) *Please inform us in advance when making a reservation if you wish to use the swimming pool. There is a small usage fee. The pool measures 300 x 200 centimeters. The swimming pool operates only during the summer. It may not be available for use in case of rain. *As the accommodation is located in a residential area, outdoor spaces cannot be used after 9 PM. Please enter the house after 9 PM. You can store your luggage in the yard. There is a garage and parking space in front of the house. Parking is available for a total of 2 cars. If you rent the entire house, parking is available for a total of 4 cars.

<Accommodation Rules> * There is an additional fee for bringing pets. Please inquire. * No parties or noise in the yard after 9 PM. * If you cause noise inside or near the accommodation during your stay, you will be asked to leave, and the accommodation fee will not be refunded. If you have already checked out after your stay, a fine of 100,000 KRW applies. * Do not play loud music in the accommodation. * Please be careful not to make noise inside the accommodation after 10 PM. * Please be careful about safety both inside and outside the accommodation. Do not go up to the rooftop outside the accommodation or use dangerous facilities after drinking alcohol. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur. * You must not have more guests than booked. Even if you are just stopping by briefly without staying overnight, you must inform the host, and an additional fee will apply. * Please do not throw sanitary pads, wet wipes, hair, etc., into the toilet other than toilet paper. It clogs the toilet. If the toilet clogs, the guest may be responsible for the cost of unclogging it. * Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. (Fine of 100,000 KRW) * Do not point the showerhead toward the bathroom door. Water may leak through the gap in the door and flow into the living room. * When cooking in the kitchen, guests are responsible for washing dishes and cleaning up afterward. * Never throw food waste down the sink drain. Please strain it through the sink strainer and place it in the food waste bin before disposing of it. Trash bags are located under the kitchen sink or inside the shoe cabinet. * Long-term guests, please separate trash into food waste, recyclables, and general waste and dispose of them at the designated trash disposal area near the entrance of Deokso High School. * When going out, please be sure to turn off the air conditioner and mini heater, and set the boiler to "away" mode. Guests may be required to pay additional charges if electricity and gas bills are high due to progressive tax rates. * Do not take any items other than the tourist guidebooks provided in the accommodation. You will be charged for them later. You will also be charged if items within the accommodation are damaged. Please open the windows to ventilate after showering or when drying laundry indoors. Please open the windows for at least 15 minutes every day. Otherwise, mold may grow inside the house or on the wallpaper. In this case, the guest may be required to make compensation.
