Located within an 8-10 minute walk from Kkachisan Station (Lines 2 & 5). A bus stop just a 1-minute walk away. Convenient access to Hongdae, Mok-dong, Yeouido, Gimpo Airport, and Incheon. There are many traditional markets nearby, and a great selection of delicious restaurants. This is a share house. It is a private room, one of three rooms. It is the large room. It is actually more spacious and nicer than the photos. If it is not better in reality, I won't charge rent.💯 1. The amenities are better than most newlywed homes; it is clean and comfortable. Various shared detergents, bathroom supplies, trash bags, and toilet paper are provided. Toothpaste, shampoo, detergent, fabric softener, body wash, and facial cleanser are provided!! 3. You just need to bring yourself. Bedding and hangers are all set up. A washing machine and dryer are provided separately. Move-in is conducted remotely. The property is always maintained in a clean and pleasant condition. Private Room Options: LED storage bed frame, 4-tier clothes rack, hangers, desk, chair, fixtures, full-length mirror, wall-mounted air conditioner. Shared Areas: Living room table/dining table, washer/dryer, electric rice cooker, microwave, water purifier, vacuum cleaner, mop, tableware, washing machine, laundry detergent, toothbrush sterilizer, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste. The longer you stay, the lower the monthly rent may become.
