The structure consists of 3 main buildings with 5 rooms of 14 pyeong on the 1st floor and 2 rooms of 14 pyeong on the 2nd floor; 1 building (Building 8) with 1 room of 30 pyeong; 2 rooms of 12 pyeong in the Sarangchae (studio type); 1 room of 24 pyeong in the Byeolchae (detached house); and 1 room of 38 pyeong in the Anchae (duplex). We operate a total of 12 rooms.
