This condo is a newly completed building constructed in 2023, with all appliances and furniture brand new inside the accommodation. It is located a 10-minute walk from Maya Mall, making it possible to walk to both Nimmanhemin and the Old Town areas. On the first floor, you can purchase basic necessities like beer and water.
