The Geoje POW Camp tourist site is within walking distance, and the City Hall Library is located right next to the house. The spacious Gohyeonseong Park in front of the house is well-maintained and available for anyone to use. This is a European-style townhouse located in a scenic spot at the foot of the mountain behind the City Hall in the center of Geoje. As the top floor of a five-story building, it offers a panoramic view of the Gohyeon downtown area. Behind the building is the Gyeryongsan Mountain walking trail, which provides a stunning sea view when you go up. Gyeryongsan Mountain is also famous for having the largest cypress forest in Korea. The fitness center within the townhouse is free of charge. The house is fully furnished with high-end appliances and includes all kinds of tableware. At 36 pyeong (approx. 119 sq m), it offers a spacious and comfortable living environment. Located in the center of Geoje, you can easily access the sea no matter which direction you go, and you can purchase various food items at affordable prices at nearby large supermarkets and traditional markets. The large Geoje Library is located right next to the house and is open to everyone. You can freely use the park in front of the house with your pet dog. All appliances, tableware, and electronics are high-end and designed for a comfortable household.
