This European-style townhouse is located in a scenic spot at the foot of a mountain behind the city hall in the heart of Geoje City. Located on the top floor of the five-story building, it offers a panoramic view of the entire city of Gohyeon. Behind it is the Gyeryongsan Mountain trail, offering breathtaking ocean views upon reaching the summit. Gyeryongsan Mountain is also famous for its cypress forest, the largest of its kind in Korea. The fitness center in the townhouse is free. The house is fully furnished with high-quality furniture and all kinds of tableware. You can stay comfortably in a spacious 36 pyeong room. Located in the center of Geoje, you can easily get to the beach from any direction, and you can buy various foods cheaply at nearby large supermarkets and traditional markets. Right next to my house is the large Geoje Library, which is open to everyone. You can freely use the park in front of your house with your dog. All the furniture, tableware, and electronic appliances are luxuriously decorated to make it perfect for home living.
