The majestic Sanbangsan Mountain is located right behind the accommodation. 🌊The living room and terrace offer a wonderful, unobstructed view of the four seasons sea, allowing you to see Hyeongjeseom Island, Songaksan Mountain, and Gapado Island at a glance. 🌅You can enjoy a romantic sunset during sunset. 🏖️The beautiful Sagye Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Sagye Beach is great for a morning walk or jog. 🛋️The accommodation is decorated with a sensory interior and props, making it great for taking pictures inside. 📌The first floor of the commercial-residential building houses an aged meat restaurant, a cafe, a prop shop, and a noodle restaurant. 📌The accommodation is located on the second floor above the commercial building and is a duplex. The height of the second floor is 170cm. 📌There are many famous tourist attractions, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. 📌It is conveniently located for sightseeing around the area, with the West (currently Geumneung, Hallim), Jungmun Tourist Complex, and Shindori (Dolphin) a 20-30 minute drive away.

This is a short-term rental , not a regular accommodation. Utility bills (electricity, gas) will be charged on the day you check out according to the amount you used. Sanitary supplies cannot be provided. (Please contact us for more details.) Maximum occupancy: 4 (up to 5 people with infants under 12 months) Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Accommodation with children is possible, but child-specific amenities are not provided. (If you require a high chair or small bathtub, please let us know and we will provide one.) We ask that parents exercise special care when staying with children. You are responsible for compensation for any contamination or damage to any facility other than furniture or appliances. If any damage occurs to the facility, please do not panic and contact us immediately. If the bedding or sofa is soiled, a laundry fee will be charged. (If the sofa gets dirty, do not leave it alone. Wipe it off immediately with a dry or wet towel.) This is a short-term rental, not a general accommodation, so please clean and tidy up when you check out. If it is messy, a cleaning fee may be charged. We are not legally responsible for any safety accidents caused by negligence or for loss or damage of valuables. The second floor bedroom has electric heating. Please turn it off when you go out to avoid the risk of fire.
