Newly built officetel in the immediate vicinity of Gimpo Airport/Magok/Gochon 3 minutes away

The host was very communicative, so it was more comfortable than a hotel. I had to move, remodel, and work on a temporary basis, so I searched for a hotel in Seoul before moving here. I was really satisfied. It was so convenient because it had all the necessary appliances (dryer, drum washing machine, air dresser, air conditioner, outdoor air circulation, TV, air purifier, vacuum cleaner, highlight). It even had trash bags, **, and **. Thumbs up! (Parking/Transportation) Usually, parking is difficult when officetels are full. There were 4 more mechanical parking lifts in the underground parking lot, so it was convenient. There was also a very kind parking attendant during peak hours, so it wasn't difficult. I went by car, but it would be convenient for people who use the subway or bus because it's right in front. There's also a gas station a minute away by car. (Nearby restaurants and stores) There's Myeongnyun Jinsa Galbi right across the street, and there's McDonald's and Olive Young within walking distance. There is a dumpling restaurant across the street, Monchouchou, and a famous bakery diagonally. Gimpo Hyundai Outlet is also within 10 minutes by car, which is great. (Noise inside the building) Noneㅎㅎ The neighboring house and the next-door neighbor were all quiet. I could hear the front door opening and closing occasionally, but there was no noise at all because the soundproofing was good. Even though it is an officetel on the main street, the double-glazed windows were perfect to the point that I couldn't hear any car noise. (A gift-like sky view) Since it faces west, I often see airplanes flying by. Wow! I didn't hear any airplane noise, just the airplane viewㅎㅎ The sunset view was really spectacular. Wow~~ It was great. It's a shame that I couldn't attach a photo. (Recommendation) I suddenly found a house because of a job transfer and a dispatch, and it was a sweet home that allowed me to quickly adapt to the unfamiliar city of Gimpo. I sincerely recommend it with 200% sincerity. The small props, essays, and bookshelves in the space were unique and nice. I hope the host does better^^/

Thanks to the host who kindly gave detailed guidance before check-in, I was able to stay comfortably without any inconvenience. It was a newly built officetel, so it was clean and had all the amenities, so I was comfortable enough to just move in and live. Gochon Station is close, and there are many restaurants, marts, and convenience stores nearby. In particular, the walking path along Daebocheon was well-constructed, so it was good for walking. It was a really good accommodation that made me like Gimpo! Please use it a lot~^^

I had a really comfortable stay while staying at the accommodation. It was comfortable because all the basic necessities were provided, and it was especially great because there was a dryer and a styler. The accommodation condition was clean and well-maintained, and the host was also very kind and gentle, so there was no difficulty in communication. If you are looking for a long-term accommodation, I highly recommend this place~
