The host was very kind. It was convenient to have a public dryer during my one-month stay. There is ample parking. I was satisfied with all the places he recommended, not famous restaurants but good and reasonable ones. There is a comfortable lounge on the 5th floor, and you can see the sea in front of Tongyeong. You don't have to go to a cafe that is known for its view. The location of the accommodation is about halfway between Seoho Market and Jungang Market, so you can easily walk to major historical sites and tourist attractions such as Nammangsan, Dongpirang, Seopirang, Bukporu, and Sebyeonggwan, and you can also walk to the Tongyeong Canal night view. If you use a car, you can easily go to the major tourist attractions of Mireuksan.

I had a business trip and ended up staying in Tongyeong for about a week. The owner kindly changed the floor because the view was good. Thanks to the owner, I was able to heal properly with the ocean view. There was an elevator, so it was very convenient. The central market was nearby, so it was easy to get around on foot. The walk near the ocean was also great. I was able to heal a lot during my business trip and it was great.

It seems like it was a great place to come to Tongyeong Island Travel Plan. Tongyeong Port and Seoho Market are about 4 minutes on foot to the right, and Jungang Market is about 5 minutes to the left. Jungang Market and Dongpirang Mural Village are connected, so I always walked there, and there is a cafe run by a fan of Lim Young-woong in the building next to the accommodation, so I could enjoy a cup of tea while looking at the ocean. You can see the ocean from the bed in the accommodation. If you want to see the sunrise closer, you can see it from the veranda or enjoy it on the rooftop. The accommodation room is warm, but it might be a little cold in the bed, so if you want to feel warm like at home, I recommend preparing a thin and light electric blanket. I used it for about 10 days, and the management fee was about 60,000 won, including all expenses. It may vary depending on use, so please refer to it^^

The view from the rooftop was so nice, and I could see the sunrise in the morning.. The owner and his wife were so nice, and it was near Tongyeong Central Market and Seoho Market, so it was fun to look around. I definitely want to visit again^^

I used it for 5 days and 6 nights and the heating bill came to 50,000 won and the water bill came to 15,000 won. I don't know if this is the standard, but I personally think it's a bit high.

It's too much. No matter what, please clean it a little more thoroughly.. The price is reasonable considering it's peak season, so I give it 2 stars.
