49F Ocean View Penthouse Ilhaju Busan (ILHAJU PENTHOUSE)

Busan, a place I've wanted to go for a long time! Finally! I've finally gone to Busan. I think everyone else is like that.. These days, it's not easy to even get together with my family for a meal, so I thought I'd go and stay for a week~~~~~~ Wow~~~~ I stayed for a week in May, and on my way back. Ah~~~I want to stay longer....ㅜㅜ I sat in the living room and had a cup of coffee and relaxed I was completely healed by the view of the ocean through the glass windows I sat on the terrace and grilled meat and had a glass of wine That day, it rained lightly as if it was moistening our family's hearts.. Looking down at the ocean. I had a bonfire.ㅎ When I came down to Busan, I was honestly half-confident, but I just said..let's go and rest.ㅎ Thanks to the host's quick response and kind answers, I was able to rest well without any inconvenience. I came back with a good time and good memories. I think it will be a long-lasting memory. Thank you. I regret that I cannot express all the good memories in words.. I look forward to next year.^^

The Ilhaju Penthouse in Yeongdo, Busan is the best. This is the accommodation we chose while looking for a place for 3 families of friends to stay. The accommodation is located next to Taejongdae, so it was great for taking a walk around Taejongdae. And it was also good for moving to Haeundae by passing through Busan Port Bridge and Gwangan Bridge. The accommodation was on the 49th floor of the top floor that I had dreamed of, with a spacious space and clean interior. Thanks to the meticulous preparations of the host, we had a great stay without any inconvenience. And it was great that they contacted us right away and resolved any urgent matters and nearby restaurants. Lastly, the utility bills were cheaper than I thought, so I think we had a great stay. It was a very satisfying accommodation for all my friends and family. I plan to visit again next time.

The considerate host and the best view from the fully equipped penthouse made my week in Busan so worthwhile. The surroundings were so quiet, and I could go to various places in Busan by bus from the nearby Hari Station, and I could also easily catch a Kakao Taxi or Uber Taxi. If I come back to Busan, I would like to stay there again, and it was even better to use the 49th floor alone, and my family and friends were satisfied. If you are staying in Busan for a long time, it is more cost-effective than Gwangalli or Haeundae, and it is convenient because it has a large washer and dryer, and the barbecue on the terrace will create another memory. I highly recommend Ilhaju Busan, which is impeccable.

This vacation, I decided to go to Busan. Since the accommodation was a problem, I was looking here and there and this house caught my eye. It was really fantastic. The host was also very kind, and as soon as I arrived at Gimhae Airport, I got into the rental car.. It took about 40 minutes to get to the accommodation? The moment I arrived and walked in. What is this~~~~~ I think I've never seen such a nice accommodation before.. Everyone's mouths were wide open, and after looking around here and there, my mouth was wide open again. It was so clean and had a terrace, so when you go out, the beach is right below, so it's cool and pretty. There's a washer and dryer, so I couldn't wear the clothes I brought and I spent 6 days with one set. There's a toaster in the kitchen, and it's so clean that I can't describe it in words. There's a large living room and another small living room, so I could watch the TV I wanted to watch. There's a pantry in each room so it was so comfortable. I hung the clothes I brought and this and that on the pants, and why are the blankets so cozy? The blanket was soft and fluffy without any smell, so I slept very well. It takes 30 minutes to get to the beach and international market, and there is also a Homeplus within 20 minutes. There is a Lotte Super right in front of the accommodation, so I can go right away if I need to. There are two convenience stores below the accommodation, so it was very convenient. If you go down to the first floor, you can separate the trash right away, and there is a seaside road, so in the evening, there is a well-made walking path, so I could walk comfortably. I thought it might be inconvenient because it is on the 49th floor, but there is only one house on the 49th floor, so there was no reason to be concerned, and there were two elevators, so it was convenient to use. Parking was conveniently set up by the accommodation, so it was even more inconvenient, and there were many parking spaces, so it was not difficult. I kept thinking about it on the plane back after the vacation, and I really wanted to go there again. The host sent me a message every morning, so I got strength as soon as I woke up, and he told me about good restaurants and hospitals, so I could reduce the time spent traveling here and there. This trip to Busan was a healing and stress relief, and I gained twice as much. ☆For reference, the management fee for 6 days was 90,000 won for running 7 air conditioners at full capacityㅋㅋ❤️

I searched and searched for Airbnb, hotels, and Live Anywhere and found this apartment! It has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 or more balconies, and it is a penthouse with a great view located on the newly built 49th floor! (This house is the only one on the 49th floor!) The location is before Taejongdae, past the Maritime University, and the surrounding area is not too busy, and Jagalchi Market and Busan Station are not far away! Since it is next to the ocean, I could see the ocean view from every room. There are about 6 buses in front of the house, and I took a taxi and a bus. The taxi always came quickly! Taejongdae is a 15-20 minute walk away, and the bus stop is in front of it, and the Busan City Tour Bus (Taejongdae) runs there! Taejongdae Hot Springs are close, so I went to the hot springs and walked to Taejongdae, and there is a bowling alley near the house, and there is a Lotte Mart, a convenience store, Taejongdae Jjamppong, a chicken restaurant, a raw fish restaurant, etc., and I also received delivery food. The host sent me a list of good restaurants, so I ate well and went! I was worried because there were no reviews, but the host was kind and responded right away when I contacted him. The house was almost like a new apartment, and the furniture and appliances were all new. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft, so I was satisfied. There is a button to call the elevator in the house, and a button to turn off the lights in the whole house! Anyway, I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days and had a good time with my family. My whole family was satisfied. If there was anything bad, the view covered everything. I dare say that it is hard to find accommodation like this at this price in Busan. ㅋ Thank you.

I had a great rest in a spacious and comfortable accommodation with a fantastic ocean view! It was a trip with my parents and children, and it was a place that everyone was satisfied with :) The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the bed quality was especially good~~ Most of the necessary items were provided, so I used the laundry, kitchen, and bathroom without any inconvenience. Taejongdae is really close enough to walk to, and the infrastructure within the complex, such as a convenience store, cafe, chicken restaurant, and playground, was well-formed, so it was convenient. The coastal walking trail was also well-formed, so it was great to walk or stroll. The host was also really kind, and he introduced me to local restaurants, Busan restaurants, and places to visit, which was very helpful. The rooms were also large and spacious, so it was a great place for multiple generations or families to visit! If I visit Busan again next time, I would definitely visit again ^^ 👍🏻

I came back from a newly built 49-story apartment and enjoying the top floor penthouse. I am impressed that they rented out this kind of house. The view overlooking the Taejongdae sea alone was worth the price. They kindly guided me through the check-in and check-out, so I was able to stay comfortably. I am also grateful for the detailed information on good restaurants~ The walking trail around Busan Maritime and Ocean University right next to the apartment is even more beautiful. The entire island is a university. Gwangalli, which is connected to Busan Port Bridge, is just 12 kilometers away. Nampo-dong, Gwangbok-dong, Gukje Market, and Jagalchi Market are even closer. It was even better because I registered for free parking and was able to go around comfortably. It was the best travel destination for those who wanted to enjoy the quiet sea and rest, rather than the crowded and expensive Haeundae area. Thank you.

Our three friends (in their 60s) spent a fantastic Chuseok holiday at this "Ilhaju Penthouse" and had a time to think again about what a happy life is. The view of Taejongdae from the 49th floor and the sea water surrounding Taejongdae was enough to make me a poet, and the walking trails around the area and Busan that I walked around in the morning were like a dream. I highly recommend this to those who are preparing for a trip to Busan. Our family has been traveling domestically and internationally more than 10 times a year for over 20 years and have been a source of comfort to each other, and we will remember the emotion and happiness that this trip gave us for a long time.
