Please request in advance~ 🚨 Compliance with Shared Living Rules • Absolutely no smoking in the entire building and within the accommodation (Restoration costs of at least 300,000 KRW or more will be charged). • Please be mindful of noise between floors. • Refrain from making phone calls in the hallway or speak quietly. • Please refrain from using the washing machine after 10 PM. ♧ For your health and a pleasant indoor environment, please ventilate at least 3 times a day and always use the range hood when cooking. ♧ Obligation to Restore to Original Condition Upon Check-out: You are obligated to restore the property to its original condition for damage exceeding the wear and tear of normal use. Please note that if the property cannot be prepared for the next arrival after routine cleaning (a paid service of 50,000 KRW for 2–3 hours) following check-out (e.g., excessive food waste, household garbage, smoke odors, etc.), charges may apply.
