1 minute walk to the beach. Lots of food and things to do. @Gwangalli Beach is a 2nd floor house located 1 minute away. The terrace and 3 rooms on the 2nd floor of the house are available for rent through a private entrance. @Parking is available at a paid tower-type parking lot right in front of the house. There is a public parking lot nearby. Guests are responsible for paying the parking fee. @Only well-trained dogs are allowed. Please take care not to damage the facilities. @The basic occupancy is 3 adults, and there is an additional charge of 30,000 won per person per night for additional people. (Maximum 5 people) A family of up to 4 people can stay without additional charge. @Check-in at 2pm / Check-out at 11am / Please be on time. An extension of the check-out time will incur a fee of 10,000 won per hour. @There are 3 rooms, and there is 1 queen-size bed, a folding topper, and a sofa bed. @ There is one bathroom (with shower). @The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, etc. @The laundry room has a washing machine and detergent available for your use if needed. @Cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners and mops are also provided. @There are many convenient facilities such as convenience stores and restaurants near the house. @Subletting the facility or engaging in any commercial activity is prohibited and guests will be held legally responsible.
