Its advantages are cleanliness and coziness. *There is a convenience store 1 minute away and Hanaro Mart 8 minutes away on foot. *It is a quiet neighborhood with no noise, and the sea and low mountains provide comfort. *It is famous for its beautiful sunrise, so take a picture of yourself with the sea in the background. *The beach is beautiful, but the weather is so nice that it's perfect for walking barefoot. *Located between Gangneung and Sokcho, it is the best place to visit in the East Sea It is located in an easy access to all the attractions. *Seoraksan is 30 minutes away by car *The Buchaegil course from Jeongdongjin to Simgok Port is not too far. It is much better to walk from Jeongdongjin than from Simgok Port.
