Affordable 2-Room Detached Country House with Private Lawn Yard (Duplex is Optional)

I had a quiet and comfortable rest.

It was a nice house in nature. It was close to the town, so we used Top Mart, Hanaro Mart, and grocery stores, and there were several restaurants, which was nice. It was a townhouse in the countryside, so even if there were people in the house in front or next door, we could stay quietly, and now that the house in front and next door are empty, we could feel our own space. The garden was quite large, so we were happy to be able to play ball with our dog (Maltese), and when it snowed this time, we had snowball fights and made snowmen. It was a very charming house even in the winter. (I think it would be a charming house in the summer, too. There was a pool.) The barbecue area was also well set up, so my family made many good memories. The building was a duplex, and on the first floor there were two rooms, two bathrooms (one of the two outside bathrooms was a dry bathroom), a living room, a kitchen, and a laundry room/boiler room. There was a family bed in the large room on the first floor, so it was big enough for four people to sleep. The living room and kitchen were also inconvenient to live in. The second floor had two rooms, one bathroom, a bar, a sofa, and a terrace, and the second floor was also a great space. The kitchenware, cooking utensils, and cordless vacuum cleaner (a good one) were all furnished with the host's consideration, so it felt like 'our home'~ The host's consideration and warmth were felt throughout the house. If someone asks, "Do you want to come to this house again next time?", it's an unconditional "yes." It's a really great house!

I came here to enjoy country life with my boyfriend. I have a dream of living in the countryside later on, and I really like the countryside~This is my first time making a reservation for this kind of country life, and the conclusion was that it was really good♡ My beloved boyfriend, me, and 3 dogs (Bichon, Poodle, Maltese) lived here for 2 weeks^-^ Facilities- The house is very spacious and the facilities are good. My boyfriend and I used the master bedroom and were going to give the 2nd floor to our friends, but the 1st and 2nd floors were really nice, and the rooms and living rooms were big. We stayed for 2 weeks, and 1 friend stayed for 2 nights, and it was so comfortable~My friend liked it too. I want to come again^_^* The accommodation has a refrigerator, TV, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, etc. All products are provided, and while we were living there, the microwave oven broke down, so I contacted them in advance because they are weak, so I thought they should have it repaired in advance, and they bought a new product and left. We were worried that it would be uncomfortable~ but we were so grateful that they took such great care of us. The food waste disposal was also large in capacity, so it was very comfortable to live with. Dogs - We have two dogs, and when we told them our situation, they said that they were well-trained and potty-trained, so all three of them had fun playing around, and the yard was well-maintained, so we were so happy to spend time with the kids. Pool use - It was so hot even though it was June, so on the last day, we got some water in the pool and played in the water, and it was so nice. There's a mountain behind, so there are bugs, but riding a tube in the front yard and dongdongdong~ It was so private and refreshing to play with the dogs♡Happy Japchae ㅋㅋ I was worried that they would use more water than I thought, but it was only 7,680 won? It was a day, but I was surprised again by the cheap water bill;;;;; Hehe♡ Vegetable garden - The owners put lettuce, chives, and radish in the garden. I planted a variety of things and ate them so deliciously. They said you can eat things like lettuce from the bottom, so the meat tastes like honey♡ I liked this place so much that I didn't want to come home. I joked to my boyfriend that I should just take the house home.. I want to go back again after just one day of coming home♡

I made happy memories with my family. I wanted to try country living, so I made my first reservation for a country house with my family, and the result was very satisfying! My husband, I, a two-year-old baby, a six-month-old baby, and a Chihuahua, and we stayed for a week as a family. Facilities - The house is spacious and the facilities are great! It's a two-story house, and both the first and second floors are spacious and each room is very big! In particular, the master bedroom on the first floor is really big. I've never seen such a big room before. ㅋㅋㅋ The accommodation facilities are also great. They use good vacuum cleaners, rice cookers, and food waste disposers. Overall, it seemed like the owner puts a lot of effort into the accommodation facilities, starting with the latest machines. Cleanliness - As soon as I entered the house, I was surprised at how clean the accommodation was. Even though it's a two-story house, there wasn't a single spot of dust, and the bedding, including the mattress cover, pillow cover, and blanket, had all been freshly washed before we moved in. The bathroom was also clean, and when I saw the cleaning tools in the house, I thought the owner was serious about cleaning. Bugs - Actually, I thought there might be bugs in a detached house, but I didn't see a single ant in the house while living there for a week in April. I may have been lucky, but judging from the cleanliness of the house and the condition of the sash, I don't think there would be that many bugs even in the middle of summer! Instead, there are a lot of bugs in the yard.. haha Management fee - As of early April, I always kept the temperature at 23 degrees because I have babies, and I used a lot of water, but it came out to about 120,000 won! My apartment's management fee was about 500,000 won per month, so I didn't think it was that much! Other - The water pressure was good, the hot water came out quickly, both the first and second floor bathrooms had bidets, and the bed sheets and pillow covers were hotel-style, so overall, I was very satisfied! (There were a lot of toys in the playroom!) I'm on leave with my husband and living around the country for a week with the kids and family, and I've never written a review even though I've been to so many accommodations, but I'm so satisfied that I'm writing one for the first time! It was a shame that I couldn't use the pool in the yard because the weather was still cold, but I want to come back and play again when the kids are a little older! I'm grateful to the host who rented me a great place to make good memories with my family!
