Location, Views, and an Owner Who Cares The biggest strength is location, location, location. Nearly everything we wanted was close by, with great Gangnam skyline views. The space was cozy but sufficient for four, almost like camping together in the city. The large desk became our family command center for remote work, school, and life back home. McDonald’s downstairs was a bonus with teenagers. Was it perfect? No. The building is aging, and our A/C went down during Seoul’s historic heat. My son even escaped downstairs to McDonald’s for naps. What changed our view of the property was the owner. She replaced a broken hairdryer immediately, sent an A/C technician, then another when the problem continued. She had two fans delivered within 15 minutes, followed by food, refreshments, and a sincere apology. Things go wrong. How someone responds matters. Her genuine concern made all the difference. When we return to Seoul, this will be at the top of my list.

We spent 14 nights with my husband and teenage daughter and were very satisfied. The host responded to our questions very quickly, making it easy to resolve any 궁금증 (curiosities). The actual accommodation matched the description exactly; located at the top of a high-rise building, it offers unobstructed views on both sides, making the apartment bright and offering a great view. Gangnam Station and Yangjae Station are about a 10-minute walk away, and bus stops are nearby, making public transportation very convenient. There are also convenience stores and restaurants in the building's basement, so daily life was not inconvenient. The room was well-equipped with plenty of hangers, which was very useful. In addition, it was great that most of the small necessities for daily living were well-provided. I think the price is very reasonable considering the location and facilities. I was a little worried at first because it is an older officetel, but it is very well-maintained for its age. I think I will stay here again if I visit Seoul next time.

Upon arrival, I found the interior to be clean and elegantly designed, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The water pressure was particularly good, making showers very satisfying. The property is well-equipped with a coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer, making it very convenient for extended stays. Overall, the property is well-maintained, and thanks to that, I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. If I visit this area again, I would definitely like to stay here once more. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The space was plentiful for a family of four. The sleeping area ceiling is low but it’s a non-issue.

We had such a great time. It was a shame to leave~~ The view was nice, it wasn't stuffy, and the spacious layout was great.

I travel frequently for business in the US and often use various accommodations. First of all, this place is very quiet and open, unlike an officetel, which is nice. In fact, even though officetels look nice, if you close your eyes while sleeping, you can hear the neighbors talking, but this place is not like that at all. The airport bus stop is right in front, so it is very convenient, and it is between Gangnam Station and Yangjae Station, so it was really good for going to good restaurants. With this size, 4 people can stay without any problems. All the items are well-equipped. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Located right next to Bangbang Intersection, it's incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The accommodations are exactly as pictured, with a great view and ample storage space. I enjoyed my month-long stay with complete comfort. The host is also quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

If you rent here, take detailed photos of the interior of the property, including any accessories, that could be problematic. They'll try to frame you and threaten you by saying things like they've withheld your deposit through the landlord. I have a lot to say, but I'll just summarize the main points. My parents, who are from overseas, stayed here for three weeks. A day after they checked out, they contacted me, sending me a photo of the shower faucet switch valve (I just found out it's a difficult name). They said it was there during the cleaning before the part arrived, but without it, they wouldn't sell the part, so they'd have to deduct the cost of the entire faucet repair from my deposit. (It was a pretty old faucet, and they were going to replace it with a new one through us because the part wasn't there? Haha. That was ridiculous.) I asked my parents, and they said the part was missing from the moment it arrived, so they couldn't drain the water (they were referring to the water coming out of the faucet). I was working, so I told them exactly what they said: the drain valve was missing from the beginning, so they couldn't use it. (Not jokingly) They got really upset and said, "You're not draining the water!" If I couldn't use it, that means I couldn't shower, which doesn't make sense. I was so upset by that that I suggested I'd look into it again. The host said I hadn't looked into it and hadn't used it, so I already had no trust in them. Since they'd withheld my deposit, I told them to assume they were just blaming me for it. I couldn't understand what trust was being discussed, and I hated pretending something completely illogical was logical. So, I ended up going to Live. Conclusion: My parents were referring to the drain lever. Since the lever wasn't adjustable, I only used the shower, not the water. I think they were blustering and lashing out at me for not using that term. The host couldn't provide any proof that the switch lever was there before we moved in, so there was no way to get the money for the faucet replacement. So, I think I pleaded with Live, saying they'd cover the labor costs, but I wanted to get at least the faucet replacement. LiveAnywhere offered to cancel my 10-night reservation in mid-October for free and asked if I could cover some of the water bill. I paid the water bill. (I paid this because I wanted to resolve the issue quickly, but if it were up to me, I wouldn't have done it.) I had another reservation here in mid-October, and LiveAnywhere canceled it without a cancellation fee. This was a long post, but I don't think the host here should be in the rental business. I've never seen a host act like this before. Regardless of the money, I simply don't want to deal with them. Please take note.
