It is perfectly fine to visit without a specific purpose. Please stop by when you need quiet solitude for new inspiration or simply want to immerse yourself in contemplation. [Parking] Due to building regulations, parking is limited to one vehicle for two hours per day. Please inform us of your license plate number via message 10 minutes prior to your departure. Only simple cooking is allowed. Cooking meat or fish, which do not easily remove odors, is prohibited. Attaching balloons, garlands, tape, or other strong adhesive materials to the walls is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Please dispose of leftover food and beverages from the refrigerator. Please turn off the air conditioner, electricity, and heating when leaving. Please place used towels in the laundry basket. Please ensure you properly dispose of general waste, separate recyclables, and food waste. If the food waste bin overflows, please use the provided additional bags; if you run out of bags, please purchase them at a convenience store. Consumables are not mandatory. Please be careful as the floor tiles may be slippery. While some items such as laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked, you must purchase and replenish any consumables that run out during your stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If traces of smoking are found due to odors, the security deposit will not be refunded, and a fee for deodorization will be charged. Please do not open laundry bags delivered to the hallway in front of the entrance door; please bring them inside. Unauthorized opening of a locked laundry bag will be considered use of the laundry, and a laundry fee will be charged. This is not a perfect hotel. As it is an older building, there are quite a few items that are showing signs of wear, such as mood lighting and some shower caps. While most of these do not affect your stay or use, essential items are currently undergoing ongoing repairs and maintenance. For short-term rentals, since we are renting out our home, we recommend using a hotel if you expect hotel-style service.
