If the building's main parking lot is full, you must park at the nearby 4th grade public parking lot (KRW 2,400, 24 hours a day) in Sukdeung Park, and we will support 50% of the parking fee. This one-room apartment is not a hotel or hostel-like accommodation. Therefore, anyone renting this one-room apartment must provide the landlord with their resident registration number and consent. This is a clean, quiet, one-room apartment with separate rooms, hallways, and kitchens. It is located 7-8 minutes away from Sukdeung subway station and 4-5 minutes away from a bus stop, so transportation is convenient. It's quiet because it's a residential area. The entrance to the Baekyangsan trekking course is nearby.
