Please report any damage or serious contamination of facilities caused by user negligence immediately. 🐾 Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, cannot be consumed indoors. 🐾 We are not responsible for any accidents involving children or pets caused by the negligence of the guardian. 🐾 You cannot use fire hazard materials (incense, gunpowder, firecrackers, butane gas, candles, etc.) in the room. 🐾 Please be careful, we are not responsible for lost valuables. 🐾 If the user causes a disruption to communal living due to a user's fault and a dispute arises with a neighbor, resulting in termination of the contract, the rent cannot be refunded. 🐾 We are conducting disinfection through a professional pest control company called SESCO, but please understand that pests may be introduced from outside due to the location being close to nature, such as the tangerine orchard right next door. 🐾 Rental businesses are legally prohibited from providing disposable items and personal care products.
