Recommended for both couples and families. Building structure: 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms Guest Accessible Spaces/Facilities There is a space to park one vehicle inside the property when you open the wooden gate. Other Information - Move-in is conducted remotely, and a number key password will be provided on the day. - Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. - Smoking and any actions that may cause fire within the building are prohibited. - Bedding is provided for a total of 4 people. - Since this is a short-term rental and not an accommodation facility, amenities (toiletries, disposable items, towels, etc.) are not provided. - There is a space for parking one vehicle inside the yard of the accommodation, but the entrance is located in a narrow alley, so if you are not familiar with parking, we recommend parking in the alley leading to the accommodation and then entering. Any damage that occurs after moving in (excluding water leaks or boiler malfunctions) must be repaired by the tenant. However, the tenant must notify the landlord in advance of any required repairs. - Both the front and back yards are covered with grass that is maintained by the owner, so barbecuing and fire pits are not allowed. (Burners are available.) - During your move-in, there may be regular maintenance visits for SESCO, lawn, water purifier, etc. - After you check out, we will inspect the room. Any damaged or destroyed items will be subject to compensation. Utility Bill Payment Guide - Due to the nature of the single-family home located in a small village in Jeju Island, regular gas is used instead of city gas. - Additional charges may apply after utility bills are measured after check-out (if gas is used extensively for heating in the winter, or if excessive electricity bills are incurred due to air conditioning use in the summer).
