It is a two-story commercial building with excellent facilities. Convenience store, restaurants (several), laundry, mart, sushi restaurant, massage shop, Chinese restaurant, etc. The bus stop right in front of the accommodation is 18 minutes from Gangnam and 7 minutes from Pangyo. It's a large one-room apartment measuring 22 pyeong. Please note that there are two beds, but they are stacked on top of each other. Thank you^^ This house has the advantage of a sky view from the 20th floor of Lotte Tower. We are professionally run and have all the necessary items available. EX) Pots, frying pans, various cooking utensils, plates, spoons, forks, etc. The bus stop right in front of the accommodation is 18 minutes from Gangnam and 7 minutes from Pangyo.
