It is a single-family house with a yard and a rooftop. Parking is available for 2 cars. 1 minute walk to the Han River~ This is a place where you can take a walk along the Han River every day. 10 minutes walk from the subway station~ It is a semi-basement floor of a two-story single-family home. Since it is a two-story detached house, you can rent the entire house, both the upper and lower floors. If you want, please contact us~~ ^^ The lower floor is slightly semi-basement. It is a place where up to 6~7 people can stay, has 1 bathroom, and you can cook in the kitchen. It is a spacious place that can be used for various gatherings such as drama filming locations, YouTube filming, group meetings, family gatherings, company meetings, school meetings, study groups, OT, birthday parties, bridal showers, etc. Long-term stays are possible. BBQ parties are available. If you would like to have a BBQ party, please apply in advance when making a reservation~ Barbecue grill usage fee (charcoal and tools provided): 30,000 won for up to 4 people. For more than 4 people, an additional 5,000 won per person. *If you sleep on the floor, add 1 set of bedding: 20,000 won (Check-in, check-out, and barbecue are all self-service) *If you would like to use the swimming pool, please let us know in advance when making a reservation. There is a small usage fee. The swimming pool size is 300×200cm. The swimming pool is open only in the summer. It may not be available in case of rain. *Because the accommodation is located in a residential area, outdoor space cannot be used after 9 p.m. Please stay inside after 9 p.m. You can store your luggage in the yard.
