This is a pension-style resort with the best ocean view in Seogwipo. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor. On the first floor, we also operate a Korean restaurant, cafe, and wine bar. It is also perfect for experiencing the leisurely pace of Jeju in a variety of fresh ways. It is surrounded by tangerine orchards and has Olle Trail Course 7-1 and Gangchanghak Sports Complex. Seogwipo Natural Recreation Forest, Jungmun Tourist Complex, Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, and Jeongbang Waterfall are all within a 10km radius, making them great places to visit. Across the street, there is a well-developed new town with many good restaurants. (Restaurants: Munchibi, Hwago - Black Pig) There is an E-Mart, Starbucks, and McDonald's within 1km. You can also heal while looking out over the beautiful sea view of Beomseom Island. [Tourist attractions and convenience facilities] - Jeju World Cup Stadium: 3 minutes by car - Jeju Olle Trail Course 7-1: Right next to it - Hwangwooji Beach: 10 minutes by car - Jungmun Saekdal Beach: 10 minutes by car - CU Seogwi Jungheung S Branch: 13 minutes on foot - E-Mart Seogwipo Branch: 5 minutes by car It boasts the best view as it is located 150m above sea level, but If you walk up without a vehicle, it may feel like you are exercising. [Room Policy] Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, cannot be consumed indoors. [Pet Policy] - Dogs that bark excessively or have a habit of biting, chewing, or scratching due to anxiety cannot be accommodated. - If furniture or appliances are damaged in the room, a compensation fee will be charged, and the amount varies depending on the item. (Chinese or indoor wooden door 2 million won / dining table or chair 1 million won / curtains 500,000 won / bedding 300,000 won, etc.) - A fine of 300,000 won will be imposed for marking indoors (rooms/building hallways/building stairs/building walls). Dogs marking must wear diapers. - If a problem occurs, you must report it voluntarily. If the problem is discovered by the manager after you leave, you will be charged double the compensation amount. * We welcome dogs, but we will hold you responsible for any accidents that occur due to your carelessness, and we will take legal action if you do not comply.
