It's quiet and the neighborhood is really nice

I vowed to myself that I would definitely live in Jeju after retirement and put it into practice. The satisfaction level of my first accommodation was the highest. Since it was on the third floor, a large palm tree that I could always see through the veranda window was a healing point. A distant ocean view. At night, a cruise ship would shine. I could enjoy the view of the palm tree on the front veranda and the mountain view through the side window while lying on the bed. I prepared food at the sink and just turned my body to the table. It was nice to be able to sit at the table and enjoy the cool ocean view while eating. I think it's the charm of a small one-room apartment that has everything you need. The water was gushing and the room was warm (even the bed had an electric mat). It was the best. However, for laundry, you have to go down to the basement to use the shared washing machine. There was a slight difficulty in carrying the suitcase up to the third floor. The low accommodation fee and the lack of a cleaning fee and deposit more than covered it. If I want to live in Jeju again next time, I definitely want to go there again~

The manager's phone number registered at the time of reservation and the contact number written on the room guide are different, so I need to reconfirm the contact number and contact them when requesting (but it's difficult to contact them) <Advantages> 1. Cost-effectiveness - About 3,000 won cheaper per night than other long-term accommodations I don't know if it's a coincidence, but when I first checked in and there were many empty rooms, I asked for a boiler and they said it was turned on slightly, but the floor was cold in the morning, and I kept asking after that, but I didn't get a reply Even if there was an electric blanket, it was too cold in a room without a boiler, and I ended up getting a cold, so I went to the hospital and got a ringer It could be a coincidence, but after a week, when rooms 5 and 6 were occupied, the floors were warm with the boiler...? Of course, the accommodation here is cheaper than other places because towels, blankets, and detergent are all included. However, in terms of response, it was frustrating for two weeks because I couldn't contact them properly and couldn't get a clear answer. Oh, and later, when a middle-aged male guest checked in on the floor below, it seemed like he couldn't contact the owner right away. He asked if he could contact the owner as we were passing by.

The accommodation is completely clean and has no shortcomings for a two-week stay👍 The Sansemi room on the third floor has an ocean view where the wind blows in well when you open the window and you can see the ocean outside the window🌊 I didn't see a single bug during my two-week stay. There are also convenience stores, laundromats, and other amenities nearby, and The accommodation is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, so the nearby restaurants and cafes are so cozy and there are many good restaurants. In particular, if you stay here, be sure to visit Gogobongjubang, Darin, Beophwandong Coffee, Damian, and Hophiworkroom. You won't regret it👍 There are also two great editing shops nearby. I'd like to introduce you to Jestory and Jeju. The editing shops are also amazing👍 I was happy to be able to stay in this kind of accommodation and neighborhood at this price💕

It was nice to be able to eat while looking at the ocean in a warm room..^^ The clean room, plenty of towels, and the water pressure hot water made it feel like home~ The transportation was a bit inconvenient, but.... Thank you^^

I used it well and cheaply. I liked the ocean that I could see in the distance. It was a shame that the boiler couldn't be controlled separately, but the hot water was great.

I ended up staying for 9 nights and 10 days!! I looked into this place 6 months before my trip and chose it, but I was so satisfied with it :) There is a bus stop, convenience store, laundry, cafe, and bakery within a 6-minute walk!! It is a bakery called Damian, and the soboru bread is so delicious-! If you stay at this place, you should definitely try it~! The Sansemi room is on the 3rd floor, so it might be a little difficult to go up and down with a heavy carrier, so please keep that in mind! Also, if you come in the winter, the stairs are very slippery…! (I asked the owner to take care of it, but the snow stopped the next day, so there was no action taken ㅠㅠ I think you should talk to the owner) The ocean view is so pretty, and there is everything you need, and the garbage disposal is convenient because it is only a 3-minute walk away!! 💜

I had a great stay for 2 weeks at a cheap price. You can go to the beach in 2000m, and the neighborhood is quiet but has good infrastructure. There are many pretty cafes and delicious restaurants. The location was great, I didn't have to worry about parking, and most of all, the owner was so warm. I was so grateful that he even provided an electric mat in case I got cold. I couldn't finish properly and couldn't say hello because I had to leave in a hurry on the day of check-in. Thank you so much.
