Convenience store and bus stop within 1 minute walk Homeplus 5 minutes away Not in Gyeongju city This is Gyeongju Angang 6th floor apartment without elevator Instead, you can use the spacious rooftop. 25 minutes by car to Gyeongju city center Instead, the surrounding scenery is rural and peaceful. Take a walk along the wide rice paddy ridges Easy access to valleys, mountains, sea, racing, Yeongcheon, and Pohang It's an old apartment, but I renovated it myself and decorated it. So I have a special affection for it I recommend this to those who want to experience racing leisurely. Yeongcheon and Pohang are also close. A bakery next to Yeongcheon Mill, 10 minutes by car from home (open on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the morning) where you can taste freshly baked bread made with our wheat. It's delicious and cheap.

Priority is given to those who use it while keeping their home clean. Pets allowed - please observe basic etiquette. Anyone interested in home repairs and those with talent are welcome. If you repair any part of your life that needs repairing, I'll give you a discount. If you clean and organize the house in the same condition as when you checked in, we will give you a 30,000 won discount (this is not required. It is a small house, so cleaning is not that difficult.) Just a few drops of percarbonate, hot water, and dishwashing detergent I think there's almost no place it can't clean (my personal favorite is the all-purpose detergent) I would appreciate it if you could keep it clean and make it feel like your own home. * If you clean and finish the room as it was when you checked out, we will refund the cleaning fee of 30,000 won.
