In addition, a deposit of 40,000 won is required for the loss of the parking card, and the deposit will be returned when the parking card is confirmed to be returned upon check-out. If you need additional bedding, a single-size topper, blanket, and pillow will be provided for an additional cost (KRW 15,000 per night). However, if you use additional bedding, the room may be somewhat narrow. Please inquire separately. Free parking is provided within the building, and it is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dryer, iron, microwave, refrigerator, wardrobe, and chest of drawers to ensure that long-term stays are not inconvenient.

As this is a shared accommodation, we ask you to refrain from doing so for the sake of the next guests staying in the accommodation. * This building does not allow pets to live in it. * Please refrain from making noise as it may cause complaints from other residents. * It has a 40-inch TV, and internet/Wi-Fi/TV broadcasting services are provided. When using OTT, you can use it with your personal OTT ID/PW. * Free parking in the building is available only with a parking card. If you would like to park, please send us a separate message and we will prepare a parking card for you. (However, a deposit of 40,000 won is required in case the parking card is lost, and it will be refunded when the card is returned.) * When checking out, please wash and put away any dishes you have used. Please dispose of recyclables, food waste, and general waste in the trash can on the first floor of the building. One 10-liter trash bag is provided for general waste, but if you need more, you can purchase one at the convenience store in front of the house.
