I don't know about other people, but for me, it was the worst accommodation. I checked in late on Thursday afternoon and couldn't request to decline the clinic that day, so I called the next day before going out after waking up and requesting to decline the clinic and going to the counter on the first floor again, but there was evidence that the accommodation staff had opened the door and entered when no one was there. I stayed at an acquaintance's accommodation for 3 out of 6 consecutive nights, so I was out on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but when I returned to the accommodation, I saw a towel that I hadn't seen before, so I felt that someone had come in, and I didn't ask the counter separately because it wasn't certain with just one towel. I returned to the accommodation with an acquaintance on Sunday, and paid for and borrowed a blanket, but when I returned the next day after going out with an acquaintance, the blanket was gone. I hadn't cleaned up my acquaintance's clothes, valuables, my clothes, etc., and just left, but when I came back, the blanket was gone and some clothes were pushed to the corner. I felt very uncomfortable, so I went to the counter and they said that there was no request to refuse the clinic, so we couldn't believe it, so we asked the aunt who works in the early morning for an apology and an extra blanket for the day. I had originally asked for two blankets, but they gave me one and left, which was ridiculous. They brought me a blanket and when I asked why there was only one blanket, they said that they only had one, so I didn't want to talk to them anymore and told them to just leave. The next day, three employees who work in the morning came in a big group and yelled at the aunt who works in the early morning, and they scolded me for being angry. We just asked the aunt about the hotel's mistake and demanded an apology. Even though it was the hotel's mistake, the aunt who works in the early morning and other employees, do the employees treat the customer like a real person instead of apologizing first? They mistook me for calling from my boyfriend's phone and thought I was calling from my phone, and when I spoke to them because I thought it was this number, a young female employee handed me the phone and said, "Hello, you're not answering the phone, are you?" The yelling was ridiculous, and the oldest lady kept ticking and making it seem like we made a mistake, and only later she showed me the call history of her boyfriend's phone and checked that the young man's call history was there and that the male staff member remembered the call content, but she didn't even apologize. Is it right to just raise your voice? Did we make an unreasonable request? Just don't bother with our room. I will refuse the clinic. I told you clearly. I wonder if they forgot or what. They came in without checking and touched our clothes, but are you trying to blame the guest? The worst accommodation. I thought I booked a pretty accommodation to make happy and enjoyable memories, but they just made the worst trip^^ I'm amazed at their shamelessness of not apologizing until the end.
