I traveled with my wife and our newborn baby. We planned to stay at different old town hotels and luxury resorts for the first week of the two-week trip and stay here for the middle week. My wife and I were both very satisfied with this condo. 1. I cooked and fed the baby food, and it was easy to shop at the mart in the basement of Maya Mall. The condo had all the dishes, and it was easy to dispose of the trash, so we lived comfortably without any major shortcomings. 2. It is close to the busy streets of Nimmanhaemin and Maya Mall. It is within walking distance from the condo, but I walked alone, but I always took a taxi with my baby. Even if it was a closer accommodation, I ended up taking a taxi because of the weather and luggage. It was easy to walk around in the evening. 3. Santitham is local, and there are nice cafes right next door, so it was fun. We tend to get tired of online restaurants quickly, so we just went for a walk in the morning and evening when it was not too hot, went to a cafe, and ate, and we were satisfied. 4. The room is clean. I have never seen a mosquito in the room, and I saw an ant eating fruit in the kitchen... After that, I threw away the trash right after eating fruit, so it wasn't too bothersome. 5. They provide towels, but since we are a family, we didn't have enough, so we bought more at Maya Mall and used them. Overall, the area around the accommodation is quiet, and the condo is clean, so my family had a good time and returned.
