It takes 10 minutes on foot from Heukseok Station, and there is a local bus. ☆ This is a beautiful white-toned home with lovely natural light. The bed, sofa, refrigerator, dining table, and more are all brand new, and we prioritize cleanliness above all else. ● Important Notices ● ※ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the apartment. ※ Please keep noise down late at night (after 9 PM). We ask for your consideration for our neighbors! ※ Please make sure to clean up and wash dishes after using the kitchen! ※ Please do not eat food on the bed. ※ Only simple cooking is permitted. Foods with strong odors (grilled fish, pork belly, etc.) and foods that splatter a lot of oil are prohibited. ※ Minors are not allowed to stay without a guardian. ※ The use of fireworks, promotional balloons, or attaching tape is prohibited. ※ Costs will be charged for any damage to items within the accommodation. ※ Additional charges apply for carpet/sofa stains (+50,000 KRW). ※ ☆☆For the safety and protection of guests, CCTV is installed outside.☆☆ Please inquire regarding additional guests beyond the reserved guests.
