• Important Notes - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. - The hot and cold water in the bathroom is on opposite sides. (Right: Hot water) - There is no washing machine or gas stove. Please take note when making a reservation. (A portable burner is provided if needed.) - Nezake • Seongsu is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful to avoid noise complaints after 10 PM. - Only the reserved guests are allowed to enter, and pets are not permitted. - Moving furniture is not allowed. - Please adhere to the 11:00 AM checkout time. Upon departure, please turn on the lights, separate recyclables, and wash the dishes. - Please place general waste in the trash can, food waste in the food waste bag in the sink, and recyclables in the white bag inside the sink drawer, then leave them in front of the entrance. - Parking is difficult at Nezake • Seongsu. Please use the public parking lot. - Please note that the CCTV at the entrance is operating in real-time for guest check-in/check-out monitoring and security purposes.
