There is plenty of space for internal staff dormitories. There are recycling bins and trash cans on the lower level, and when you go up, there is the entrance. The shoe cabinet and entrance space are spacious. Upon entering the room, there is a kitchenette and living room, and inside there is a bedroom (two bunk beds, lockers). There is an extra space separated from one bathroom, which has a refrigerator, sofa bed, etc., and a separate terrace space leading outside.

It is a very safe block located in the center of Mokdong, between the 7th complex and Hyperion 2nd complex. It is a 3-minute walk from Mokdong Station on Subway Line 5 and a 1-minute walk from the bus stop. It is equipped with two 400mm wide two-person bar tables, four chairs, one basic PC (mac OS), a microwave, and a kitchen (induction, hood, refrigerator). There is a toilet/bathroom inside the space. There is an E-Mart within a 5-minute walk, and Mokdong Hyundai Department Store and Megabox are 10 minutes away. There are also convenience stores and various convenient facilities. There is an elementary school and a girls' high school nearby, so there are CCTVs installed up to the front of the house.
