Han River Park, Yeouido Park, and The Hyundai Seoul IFC Mall are within a 5-minute walk. Hongdae, Yeonnam-dong, Mapo, and Yeongdeungpo hotspots are within a 15-minute public transport ride. Subways and buses are close and frequent. Monthly parking: 100,000 KRW The Hyundai Seoul IFC Mall is a 5-minute walk away. Go to Han River Park for a picnic and enjoy the night view. Experience a happy life in Seoul! Jin Jin Mandu, a famous Yeouido restaurant, is on the 1st floor. Gobong Samgyetang, a restaurant featured on Lee Young-ja's show, is a 1-minute walk away. This is a budget-friendly studio apartment perfect for a casual solo experience in Seoul. I recommend it for those traveling on foot or on workcations. Since the surroundings are all offices and it is located in front of the National Assembly, police patrol 24 hours a day, so it is safe. It is equipped with basic cooking facilities such as an electric kettle, microwave, single-burner induction (high-light), pots, and pans. As there are no professional cooking facilities like rice cookers or laundry facilities, I recommend this place to those looking for a light, hotel-style stay. For laundry, please use the 24-hour coin laundry in the building right next door! The host lives here in their spare time, so they maintain the place based on their own personal experience. Great value for money in Seoul at this price. *There is no underfloor heating. Portable air conditioner, electric heater, and central heating (operates during weekday daytime hours) are used. It is set up as a studio for one person (super single bed, single bedding).

Please use it carefully as if it were your own home. 🥰 * When you check out, you must leave the room in the same condition as when you checked in and throw away all trash to avoid having your deposit deducted. * Live Anywhere is a place rental contract, not an accommodation contract, so personal hygiene items such as towels, toothbrushes, bottled water, and toilet paper are not provided.
