A detached house with a yard in a quiet village near Sanbangsan Mountain

I came to Jeju for a two-week stay and had a wonderful time healing in such a clean and quiet environment~ My family members were also very satisfied, saying it was a comfortable place to rest! I especially appreciated it because I have allergies and usually have to carry a mattress vacuum cleaner with me, but having a large washing machine and dryer that can wash bedding made it even more satisfying☺️

I had a very comfortable and wonderful stay for a week! The accommodation was clean just like in the photos, and the bedding was fresh and nice. The nearby convenience store and mart are close, and the neighborhood is quiet, so I'm very satisfied and would like to stay again next time~ The owner's grandmother prepared apple mangoes for the kids to eat, and we really enjoyed them deliciously^^

I stayed here for a month with my baby, and it was an absolutely wonderful house! The yard was beautifully maintained, and just looking at it made me feel good. Everything was kept clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with a great view of Sanbansan Mountain, and the beach is just a short walk away. Thanks to this place, I've created many wonderful memories!

It was quiet and very clean inside.

We stayed here for a week during the Lunar New Year holidays with our three children. The spacious yard and ample parking space made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The view of Mt. Sanbangsan outside the window was something I never got tired of. Thanks to this place, I had a great time traveling around the southwestern part of Jeju. If we have another chance, I would like to stay here again. I recommend that those who visit after us definitely go to Gunsan!! Definitely!!

While planning a trip to Jeju Island, my husband looked for a quiet place to rest, and I looked for a place with good access to nearby tourist attractions, cafes, and the ocean. We chose this place and were very satisfied. Although it is located in a quiet Jeju Island countryside, there are Sagye Beach, cafes, and restaurants just a short walk away, so it was nice to feel the Jeju atmosphere just by walking around the neighborhood! We were able to enjoy beautiful natural scenery such as Yongmeori Coast, Sanbangsan Mountain, Songaksan Mountain Trail, and Sagye Beach nearby. Jungmun, Hyeopjae, and Aewol Island are within 20-30 minutes by car, so it was a perfect location for a trip to Jungmun and the west. All the appliances and furniture were clean and up-to-date, and it was especially nice that there was a dryer, so I could last a week with two or three sets of clothes. I was worried that Jeju Island would be cold in the winter, but the boiler and windows were good, so I stayed warm. The owner lived right next door, so I could ask her anything I didn't know at any time. I still remember Sanbangsan Mountain from the kitchen window. The mountain view was as attractive as the sea view. It was a very satisfying stay and trip, to the point where my family said they would come back to this place again~

Since it is newly built, it is clean and all the furniture, appliances, and electronic devices (LG refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner) are new. There are two rooms and the living room and bathroom are spacious, so it is not cramped even for a family of four adults. The accommodation image is exactly like the photo!! It was exactly like the photo without any lies, and it was a pretty newly built independent house that was remodeled neatly and beautifully. There is a terrace, so you can have a barbecue regardless of the weather, and the yard is also large, so you can lay out a mat and lie down in the evening and watch the stars pouring down in the sky. It is a quiet neighborhood where you can fully feel the local Jeju sensibility. Since it is located in the middle of the neighborhood, you may be worried about parking, but this place has a private parking space in front of the main gate, so it is very easy to park up to 4 cars. There is also a jacuzzi where you can play in the water, so it would be good to use it if you have children. You can see Sanbangsan Mountain from the window in the direction where the kitchen is located, and Sagye Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Gapado/Marado Pier, carbonated hot springs, Sanbangsan, and the huge Daejeong Hanaro Mart are all within 10 minutes by car. Jeju Tiger Sanbangsan Branch, prop shop, Tantanmyeon, convenience store, Jeonbok Kalguksu, cafes, and several other restaurants and convenience facilities are within a 15-20 minute walk, so you can spend your time leisurely near the house without having to drive somewhere. The downside is that since it is a single-family house, there are a lot of bugs, and since it is located in the middle of the neighborhood, the distance to the next house is close, so you can feel the gaze of the locals toward outsiders. However, in the case of single-family houses or houses, there are a lot of bugs in the summer no matter where you go in Jeju, and since it was our first stay, the locals next door seemed to be interested in us. It was very uncomfortable at first, but after the third day, they didn't care. The host was also kind and quickly checked and improved any inconveniences. It was my first long-term stay, and thanks to this, I am making a lot of good memories. I will recommend it to many people around me!

I went with my two children and three sisters! I always stayed at hotels, but for the first time, I wanted to live in a Jeju-style stone house for a month, so I searched hard, made a reservation, and lived there for a month with half worry and half excitement. Contrary to my worries, it was better than I expected, clean, and I rested comfortably. The owner was by my side, so I felt secure, and she always brought me delicious food and took good care of my children, so I was sad to leave! If I have another chance next year, I want to go again! The location is good, it's easy to get around, and most of all, my children loved it so much that I want to try living there for a month again! They say that Jeju Island has a lot of bugs because of the humid weather. However, compared to other places, there weren't many bugs, and there was a jacuzzi, so it was nice to spend time with my children playing in the water on rainy days when I couldn't go out. It was hard to be with my children 24 hours a day, but I made a lot of good memories while resting, as if it were my own home. I hope grandma stays healthy, and if I have the chance, I'll see you again❤️
