It is a 10-minute walk from Bongcheon Station, and there is a hill in the forest area of Cheongryongsan (Gwanaksan). However, if you take the village bus right in front of the house, it is a 10-minute walk to the station, but it is not a walking distance. It takes 30 minutes door-to-door to Gangnam Station. There is a convenience store right in front of the house, and it is close to Bongcheon Market, Bongcheon Station, and Sillim Station, so there are many convenient facilities. This is a newly built single-family home completed in 2023. It is in excellent condition using high-quality materials and is finished in white/natural wood tones throughout for a modern style. Since it is an area accessible by Line 2, you can quickly travel to business districts (Gangnam/Yeouido, etc.), but at the same time, it is a quiet area with clean air due to the forest area. Since it is a single-family home, there is no noise between floors and the surrounding area is quiet, so it is not suitable for gatherings/parties that generate loud noises. This large (18 pyeong) studio one-room apartment has an 11-square-foot kitchen, a dining room that can accommodate 6 or more people, a queen-size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, so you can rest comfortably. Parking is free for one vehicle within the building.
