#Sokcho Lighthouse Beach, 10 seconds walk away, 1.5-room newly built, clean accommodation

If you have kids, room 421 is a must!! I'm someone who has been coming to the East Sea for summer vacation without fail for 30 years - 20 years with my parents and 10 years with my kids after marriage. I've stayed at everything from guesthouses to hotels, and I've finally found my dream vacation spot! 👍 The owner has such great manners, the accommodation is in top condition right by the sea, and there's even a washing machine and dryer, so we wore fresh swimsuits every day and went swimming. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it so convenient to prepare meals and snacks for the kids, and there's an air pump and water tap in front of the building, so it's great for inflating tubes and brushing off sand when we come back. *I felt like parking and elevators were a bit lacking during peak season, but the accommodation is so good that I understand even that 😂 I'll definitely come back here next year!!

Looking at the sea and the sky~~ eating delicious food~ going to Jegrae Market Running around the beautiful Yeongrangho~~ Going to E-Mart, Burger King, and eating KFC Chicken Night 1+1~~ Staying here for a month, living very~~ comfortably and freely without any inconvenience~~ In Sokcho, as you walk around, there is a restaurant everywhere~~ wherever you go, there's a place to eat~~ Parking is easy and the bus stop is close~~ as you walk and chat, the Jungang Market is right there~~ Plus, the beautiful and safe Deungdae Beach is just 1 minute away from the summit~~ And there are plenty of delicious seafood pojangmacha (tent bars)~~ Come here during the hot summer~~ The host here that I stayed with is very kind~~ Have a good rest~~^^

It's a great place to stay alone. It was very clean and tidy, and not cramped at all. I liked having a vanity, the closet was spacious, the sea was close by, and I walked to Yeonggeum-jeong and Yeongrang Lake for walks several times. I could walk to the Central Market too, and as someone who loves walking, it was in a perfect location. I'd like to come back again. The only downside is that parking space is very limited during holidays and weekends. There was a nearby public parking lot so it wasn't too difficult, but on the day I unloaded my luggage, I had some trouble after parking and moving my belongings. I stayed for 10 days, spent time very comfortably, enjoyed the sea view to my heart's content, and had a great healing experience. It's a very satisfying place with many advantages.

The accommodation is located in a very good place, so I was able to stay comfortably for two weeks. When I signed the contract, I was worried that it would be stuffy because of the small size, but when I moved in, I saw that there was a lot of storage space, and especially the dressing table and large dressing room, which I liked the most. There are many good restaurants nearby and it is close to tourist attractions, so I would like to say that it is the best accommodation. The host was also very kind and helpful, so I would like to come back again if I have the chance.

I stayed here for two months. I'm writing a review because it was a good memory and a good place to stay. There was no inconvenience during my stay, and even when there was an occasional problem (with the building itself), the host was very kind and nice, so the quick response and processing resolved it right away, so there was no problem👍 I think it was a blessing to meet a host like this because the communication was smooth. It was really convenient and nice that there was a dressing table in the place. If you're thinking of staying long-term, this is also a good option! Also, since it is a 1.5 room, it was a part that I could use the room comfortably because it was separated, and the closet was much wider than other Summit Bay one-rooms. This was really good because it was spacious enough to hang clothes, and it was good to store carriers and luggage because it was like a dressing room, so I could use the room more neatly. If you have children, it would be good to stay because there is plenty of space on the bed side🤔 The bed has a drawer, so it was good to store luggage. Wherever you go, if you have enough storage, you can use it neatly and cleanly👍 The location is so good that it is just 1 minute from the lighthouse beach. It was nice to just go out and watch the sunrise or just sit back and relax. The beach is quiet and good for walking (Yeongrangho is close, and Yeonggeumjeong, lighthouse, and market are also good). It is a food stall village, so delivery is good, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby, so it is great to get around without having to drive. The host was kind and took great care to make the accommodation comfortable! I was worried because I was a woman and would be staying alone for a while, but the accommodation security was good so there was no problem at all. I think even solo travelers can stay safely👍🏻 The interior is pretty and the facilities are great because it's newly built! There's a convenience store on the first floor so it was nice to go out and buy what I needed, and the beach is right in front so it's great to just grab a mat and go swimming. I took the civil service exam and went there for a month to rest, and I had a good rest and heard the news that I passed, so I got a lot of good energy. Thank you🩷

I felt good from the moment I checked in. It was the same as the picture, clean, and I was able to rest comfortably. It wasn't an ocean view, but the ocean was right in front of me, so I could go down for a walk whenever I wanted to see it, so I didn't regret it. There was an elevator issue, and it seems like the even floors are being pushed, so you can take the odd floor and go down one step. There are many good restaurants and places to visit nearby. If you go on a weekday, you can focus solely on yourself. I'll rest well and go.
