[Sokcho, Gangwon Province] #Sokcho Lighthouse Beach, 10 seconds walk away, 1.5-room newly built, clean accommodation

The house is exactly like the photos, and it even feels more spacious~? We went for a week summer vacation with our two kids. I was worried it might be cramped with 4 of us, but there was plenty of storage space with a dressing room and balcony, so it was fine~ I love staying for a week to a month both domestically and abroad, and I've stayed at many accommodations, but I loved this one the most. The price is great and the location is perfect~ But the best part is the host's small thoughtfulness and preparation. First of all, the location right in front of the beach is amazing, and there are many tourist attractions nearby like Sokcho downtown and Youngrang Lake. It's newly built so it's clean and neat, and the recycling waste area is well-managed with staff there. In the house, from the kitchen and laundry detergent to hygiene bags, shampoo, conditioner, etc., there's nothing missing~ We were embarrassed to have packed everything ourselves. Even insect spray lol (We didn't see a single bug while we were there) If I had to point out a downside, it would be parking ㅜ ㅜ It was probably worse because it was the Gwangbokjeol holiday season. The kids are singing that they want to go back to the Sokcho house~ We're planning to book again soon.

We stayed for a week until today, and we really love this newly built residence located right in front of Sokcho Lighthouse Beach. It is maintained cleanly in exactly the same condition as described, and we were able to stay comfortably as all necessary facilities such as bedrooms, dressing rooms, and living rooms are well equipped. In particular, not only the sea view but also the wide and large tree-filled Youngrangho Walking Trail located nearby and the Youngrangho Resort Tower Observatory view were so nice that we enjoyed them several times. The diverse food of Sokcho, including nearby restaurants such as seop-guk, stingray steamed, grilled fish and mulhoe, gomchi-guk and sashimi at Dongmyeong Port, and mukbang at Jungang Market and Abaai Village, was also a great attraction. Since we also like mountains, we visited Seoraksan, which takes 30 minutes to reach, three times, and we went to Goseong Hwajinpo and Songjiho without much expectation, but it was so great. With my wife, we enjoyed three things well: eye candy, heart candy, and palate candy with good value for money. I think we will come again soon.

If you have kids, room 421 is a must!! I'm someone who has been coming to the East Sea for summer vacation without fail for 30 years - 20 years with my parents and 10 years with my kids after marriage. I've stayed at everything from guesthouses to hotels, and I've finally found my dream vacation spot! 👍 The owner has such great manners, the accommodation is in top condition right by the sea, and there's even a washing machine and dryer, so we wore fresh swimsuits every day and went swimming. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it so convenient to prepare meals and snacks for the kids, and there's an air pump and water tap in front of the building, so it's great for inflating tubes and brushing off sand when we come back. *I felt like parking and elevators were a bit lacking during peak season, but the accommodation is so good that I understand even that 😂 I'll definitely come back here next year!!

Looking at the sea and the sky~~ eating delicious food~ going to Jegrae Market Running around the beautiful Yeongrangho~~ Going to E-Mart, Burger King, and eating KFC Chicken Night 1+1~~ Staying here for a month, living very~~ comfortably and freely without any inconvenience~~ In Sokcho, as you walk around, there is a restaurant everywhere~~ wherever you go, there's a place to eat~~ Parking is easy and the bus stop is close~~ as you walk and chat, the Jungang Market is right there~~ Plus, the beautiful and safe Deungdae Beach is just 1 minute away from the summit~~ And there are plenty of delicious seafood pojangmacha (tent bars)~~ Come here during the hot summer~~ The host here that I stayed with is very kind~~ Have a good rest~~^^

It's a great place to stay alone. It was very clean and tidy, and not cramped at all. I liked having a vanity, the closet was spacious, the sea was close by, and I walked to Yeonggeum-jeong and Yeongrang Lake for walks several times. I could walk to the Central Market too, and as someone who loves walking, it was in a perfect location. I'd like to come back again. The only downside is that parking space is very limited during holidays and weekends. There was a nearby public parking lot so it wasn't too difficult, but on the day I unloaded my luggage, I had some trouble after parking and moving my belongings. I stayed for 10 days, spent time very comfortably, enjoyed the sea view to my heart's content, and had a great healing experience. It's a very satisfying place with many advantages.

I visit Sokcho for 2-3 weeks every year and have been using this accommodation for 3 years now. The host is very kind, and the room is clean. It's a 1.5 room layout, so the sleeping area and living space are separated. I've made beautiful memories in Sokcho. I highly recommend this place as it's clean and comfortable.

The accommodation is located in a very good place, so I was able to stay comfortably for two weeks. When I signed the contract, I was worried that it would be stuffy because of the small size, but when I moved in, I saw that there was a lot of storage space, and especially the dressing table and large dressing room, which I liked the most. There are many good restaurants nearby and it is close to tourist attractions, so I would like to say that it is the best accommodation. The host was also very kind and helpful, so I would like to come back again if I have the chance.
