I lived there for a month. It was 40 pyeong (approximately 130 square meters) next to the owner's house. The view was nice. It was humid. Outdated facilities. Shared washing machine. From the very first day, they asked me to be frugal with the electricity bill, as if it were their own home. But on the first day, while I was out shopping, they nagged me for leaving the doors open in every room, the fans on, and the air conditioner on briefly because it was humid. They came in on the first day when no one was there, and turned off the lights. That was also quite unpleasant. The light bulbs wouldn't come on, and I changed four of them while I was there. From the first day, I was itching to sleep, so I thought it was because I was tired. But it kept happening for a few days, so I took everything apart. The sheets, mattress, pillows, and sofa were all in poor condition. There were moldy stains and stains, so I cleaned and disinfected them every two to three days. Poor cleaning. Mold on the bathroom plumbing and sink. Mold on the hose next to the toilet. The sharp edges of the shower head. The dust and mold inside the air conditioner were no joke. I've only lived here for a month, and even in my studio apartment, I don't use that small drying rack. The outside chairs are all rusted out, so I can't sit on them. The bathroom is epoxy-coated and slippery, and there are plenty of places where kids can get hurt. There's no useful dishes, pots, or frying pans. You have to buy everything yourself. The highlight is the two-burner stove, but it's small and slow to heat up, so it's better not to even think about using it. It's a three-story wooden house, and the top floor, next to the owner's house, is 130 square feet. Ants regularly fly into the lights. There are all sorts of bugs. The worst is the cockroaches in the house. They come out when you turn off the lights. Before you move out, clean everything and put all the furniture back where it was. If you don't, they'll deduct the cleaning fee from your deposit. There's no elevator on the third floor, and carrying all your luggage is the worst part. There's no water purifier. The refrigerator is small. The fan wasn't assembled properly. If I hadn't discovered it first, the blades would have broken and caused chaos. The thought of the kids touching it and getting hurt makes me sick. Oh, and everywhere is far, so driving is stressful. Gas prices are also a concern. I'd rather spend that money. In addition, I deeply regret not staying near the beach. There are many other things, but it's not worth writing a long review. Honestly, I tried to write a positive review, but the owner kept making strange noises until the very end, so I called. I cleaned up to a certain extent and left everything in order. But since checkout was at 11:00, I forgot something in an attempt to make it early. I had moved the mattress on the dining table, but the rest was almost done. But they called me because I forgot to clean it up. They told me to clean it up again and get it inspected. I left it for about two hours that day, then turned around and came back. I was half-hearted about it. I endured it for a month and just wanted to smile and leave. But on the day I left, the owner acted cool and greeted me. Afterwards, I kept getting calls about missing something or something being wrong. Oh, it was incredibly stressful. I tried leaving behind the amenities I'd bought at Daiso, but I ended up just throwing them all away. I went into the place and cleaned everything with bleach. There weren't any amenities or anything for the kids, so I had to buy everything from start to finish. The shared washing machine filter was covered in dust. I even cleaned the inside twice before using it. I could write 5,000 characters, but I'll end it here. If you contact the owner, they should clean the house properly, including the bedding and air conditioning, and pay for a month's rent. I just didn't want to say anything, so I endured it. If it were anyone else, I would have immediately gotten a refund. Even if it was a complete mess, I wouldn't have said anything. Before you act cool, take a second look at the house. If there's anything you're not familiar with or lacking, please hire someone to take care of it. Even the contract included a cleaning fee in the deposit. Seriously... If that's the case, you should have written down the cleaning fee separately and charged it. I think I should be charged for the cleaning I did.
