Beautiful swimming pool condo located in Santitham #Studio Room K

It might be okay in the off-season (summer), but it's really not a good value for money house during the peak season (winter). The location and security are good. However... First of all, the biggest advantage, the swimming pool, is harder to use in the winter because the weather is colder than you think. The pool is located between the buildings, so the water is very cold because the sunlight doesn't reach it. ㅜㅜ Also, another problem in the winter is that the hot water doesn't come out well. This may not be a problem for Dvian as a whole, but... In the room I stayed in, I had to turn the temperature down really low to get hot water. The landlord just said that the groundwater was cold because it was winter, so there was nothing I could do. I couldn't take a shower with cool water pressure even once in a month,,,,, But then again... The house itself is on the top floor facing south, so it was very hotㅋㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Even in the winter, I had to turn on the air conditioner at night. And the shower hose broke down twice while I was there. The landlord blamed it on my shower filter, and even said that shower filters are prohibited in his accommodations;; Which accommodation in Thailand bans shower filters?!! Even locals use them.. If you search for reviews on Dvian, there are a lot of them. It was a poor-quality hose that broke because it was worn out, and I suffered for several days because of it, and they even said irresponsible things like I should just live if I didn't want to pay for it. In the meantime, I've traveled to over 50 cities in Southeast Asia, Europe, etc., and I've never seen a shower hose that broke because I put on a shower filter. I just used it well. ㅋㅋㅋ.. In the end, I wasn't charged, but I was tired from the host's attitude and the long argument,,, I had high expectations because it was a place that was much more expensive than the monthly rate in Chiang Mai, but I was disappointed in many ways.
