Yeongjin Beach View Restaurant 17th floor high-rise ocean view

I stayed for 16 nights on my third relocation after retirement. Staying at Youngjin Beach was a wonderful choice for early summer. It's a scenic spot where you can see a dazzling sunrise every morning, but as a lazy person, I had to keep the curtains well closed to sleep longer. There were some incidents during my stay, but thanks to the kind host's quick responses, they became pleasant memories. I took daily walks with music at Jumunjin Port and Sodol Beach, capturing new seascapes every day, and I fully enjoyed the summer scenery of Odaesan by trekking from Soganggang Valley to Guryong Waterfall. Public transportation was a bit inconvenient, but the attractions around the house were more than enough. While I spent most of my time alone and couldn't explore many restaurants, I remember the breakfast at Cafe Brazil with my wife on weekends, the pomegranate bread at Carpe Diem, Youngjin Pork, Haengun Haejangguk, Hoipo Tea The 30 (visited twice). Most importantly, I shopped daily at the nearby Hanaro Mart for beer, fruit, and side dishes, and I recommend kimbap and sundae as well. My wife bought flowers every time. And above all, Youngjin Beach has deep waters, so it was more like a playground for adults than children, and since the beach hadn't opened for the season yet, I enjoyed it peacefully. I want to stay here again next year. Oh, and I also recommend the flounder fishing experience at Taeseung Lake. Thanks to the captain, I caught so many flounders that I got tired of eating sashimi.

Thanks to the host's meticulous care, I stayed for 28 days, and the accommodations were incredibly warm and welcoming. Watching the sunrise each morning was something I'll cherish even after I return. The ample parking was also a great way to enjoy a stress-free stay. I'll definitely be back for my next vacation. 침대에서 일출을 볼 수 있는 조망이 참 좋은 숙소입니다. 숙소 컨디션도 그리 나쁘지 않고요. 숙소 앞 도로가 조금 복잡합니다. 해변은 나무가 없고 조금 삭막한 느낌. 양양과 이곳에서 각각 보름씩 한 달살이를 했는데 이곳에 와서는 해수욕은 한 번도 하지 않았습니다. 다만 양양 보다는 주변 인프라가 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 양양 숙소와 특히 다른 점은 관리하시는 분인지 주인분인지. 보내주는 문자에 안 된다는 거 투성이고. 심지어 벌금 얘기까지 있습니다. 할 생각이 없더라도 기분은 별로도군요. 양양과 이곳 둘 중에 여름 비서지로 다시 오라고 하면 양양을 선택할 것 같아요. 참, 입주할때 전 입주자 양말이 주방에서 반겨주더군요. 청소가 안되있는 듯. 기분이 참, 호스트에게 말했지만 대꾸도 없더군요.

Five stars out of five. I was so satisfied with the accommodation that I'd love to stay there again. Above all, it was my first trip with my mom, and we had such a wonderful time without a single fight (!). I was incredibly grateful to the host for the cleanliness of the place (this was the first time I'd experienced such a clean place outside of a 4-star or higher hotel), the beautiful dishes, and the thoughtful interior design. The host's prompt and friendly response was also incredibly reassuring. Every day, my mom and I had breakfast on the terrace, like a cafe brunch, and evening drinks with ocean views, like a Hannam-dong wine bar, and we had many conversations. When I opened my eyes in the morning, I could see the ocean right from my bed, and the sound of the waves was a welcome change from my phone. If you're a sea lover, you'll experience the joy of waking up to nature every day. Above all, Gangneung's Yeongjin Beach is quieter, prettier, and safer than other beaches. For me, who had difficulty walking for a while due to an injury, it allowed me to enjoy a pleasant daily ocean run, which made me even more grateful. I'd love to stay here again. Absolutely recommend :)

They answered my questions quickly, and I had a wonderful time staying in a cool, comfortable room on a very hot day. The TV and bed were on the same level, so I had to move around to watch TV, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I had a great rest in a clean place. Thank you.

Wow, it doesn't deserve 5 stars. First of all, the location. The sunrise I see every morning while lying in bed is amazing. I think I've seen more sunrises here than I've seen in my entire life. The East Sea is right in front of me, and I thought it was like a dream every time I saw it. Yeongjin Beach, which is right in front, is not too crowded like Gyeongpo or Yangyang, but is also not too quiet, so it has everything you need, making it convenient. There's a convenience store, a cafe, and a raw fish restaurant. In addition, Jumunjin Market is within walking distance, so I went out every evening to take a walk while watching the sunset. It's less than 15 minutes by car. And the accommodation. The sophisticated interior design that you can feel the host's sense is so great that I want to decorate my house like this. The fireplace is a godsend that upgrades the charm of the house. Each and every dish is so pretty, and the portable table and the folding table are just the necessities. I couldn't be happier watching classic movies on the large TV^^ Thanks to this, my first month of living in my life was a great success. With these memories and recollections, I want to live hard again and come back once more. Thank you.

I've been staying at Yeongjin Koaru twice a year since 2022, once in the spring and once in the fall, but the dates didn't match up with the places I usually go, so I made a reservation here, which was a big mistake. They said the management fee was 5,000 won per day, but after I checked out, they deducted an additional 100,000 won per month for utility and cleaning fees from the deposit. They said it was a discount, but it seems like they just charged the full price. They said it was clearly stated... When you check in, they send you useless texts like, "Don't do this, don't do that," and "If there are more than two people, you'll be charged an additional 30,000 won per person," but they don't include that kind of content... Yes, it's my fault for not reading the small print. Hahaha. I live alone for a month, but the utility fee, management fee, and cleaning fee are 250,000 won... I won't go there again. It's the worst.
