Restaurants, marts, fantasy forest, and thinking garden within 10 minutes walking distance 1 minute walk to bus stop It is a separate, clean, dry, bright and comfortable home with sunlight streaming in from all sides. There is a private terrace, private indoor parking, and the yard is very nice and spacious. You can feel the beauty of Jeju by building it with volcanic ash and stone walls from Jeju. This house is perfect for those who want to heal with their family as the surroundings are quiet. There are a lot of tangerine trees planted and there is a vegetable garden where the owner grows various vegetables and wild greens, so it's really nice^^ There are convenience stores, large marts, bakeries, cafes, etc. nearby, so it is the perfect place to stay for a month or for a long time. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. There are elementary and middle schools nearby, making it the perfect place to stay with children for a long time.

1. Deposit Refund: The deposit of 300,000 won paid along with the room rate will be refunded after deducting various utility charges (electricity, heating oil, management fees, etc.). 2. Information on amenities: Our Jeju Living is operated as a rental business, so bathroom amenities such as shampoo, toothpaste, and towels are not provided. 3. Cleaning Fee: We require cleaning upon check-out, and a 100,000 won cleaning fee is charged upon check-in. This 100,000 won cleaning fee will be returned upon completion of the cleaning, just as it was upon check-in. 4. Additional Guests: If you are bringing additional guests, please notify us of the number of guests and their length of stay prior to check-in. (Additional charges apply: KRW 20,000 per person, per night.) Our Jeju living is for four people and is run as a family-oriented place, not a gathering place. 5. Smoking is prohibited indoors throughout our Jeju residence. 6. Please note that pets are not allowed. 7. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭
