Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. The use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited to prevent fires. Please refrain from making loud noises at night out of consideration for neighbors. Important Notice 1. Only a portion of the entire building is for guests to use; the remaining areas are the host's private space and are not accessible. This is an empty room not used by others. The door with the door lock is the entrance; please remove your shoes outside when entering (there is a hallway so you will not be affected by wind or rain, so please do not worry). 2. Please contact us upon arrival to receive the front door password. (We ask for your cooperation for security reasons.) 3. Please park in the designated parking area (the vacant lot next to the building). After passing the stone steps and crossing the yard, enter through the door next to the floor-to-ceiling window; the white front door has a door lock installed. 4. Please wash kitchen utensils before checking out. 5. Please make sure to plug the induction cooktop into the dedicated 2-outlet outlet next to the sink on the left!! Please plug it in to use. Using a different outlet may cause a short circuit. 6. The yellow electrical wire next to the air conditioner is the water supply motor, so you must connect it to an outlet for the water to flow smoothly. If the water pressure is low, please make sure this outlet is plugged in. However, leaving this outlet plugged in continuously may result in higher electricity bills, so we recommend unplugging it when not in use!! 7. Regarding utilities, electricity usage and oil boiler charges will be checked after check-out based on the check-in date. Additional charges may apply if the amount paid exceeds the bill. 8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the building, so we ask for your cooperation. 9. Please note that this accommodation does not provide shampoo, toothpaste, towels, etc. 10. Please purchase a dedicated bag for food waste and dispose of it in the food waste collection bin located on the main road leading from the accommodation to Bogwang Supermarket. 11. General waste is collected on Tuesdays, and recyclable waste is collected on Wednesdays; please place them on the main road next to the parking lot for pickup. 12. Due to the geographical location and the nature of the old house, there may be insects as there are mountains and valleys nearby; this does not constitute grounds for a refund. 13. Outdoor barbecues, bonfires, and smoking are prohibited due to the risk of fire. As this is an area closely connected to mountains, please be aware that there are forest fire monitors present. 14. Foreign objects other than toilet paper in the toilet bowl can cause pipe blockages. Charges may apply for blockages caused by guest negligence. 15. **There is a steep slope leading to the valley next to the yard and parking lot, and there are no separate handrails or fences here. If you are traveling with young children, guardians are required to supervise their safety. Please be advised in advance that this accommodation is not responsible for any accidents caused by negligence. Please pay special attention to the safety of children.
