The park right in front of the accommodation is safe because many people walk or exercise there until late at night. Stores such as Starbucks, Olive Young, convenience stores, Lotteria, and Lotte Supermarket (including Daiso) are within a 5-minute walk! There are many good restaurants along Gyeongui Line Park, making it a truly great place to live.

Rice, instant noodles, and coffee are provided, so you can take care of your meals. Laundry and drying are not an issue, making it an excellent value for long-term stay. The other residents are well-mannered, so you will have a pleasant stay. There are house rules that you must follow, but they are not difficult at all.
