Your personal private space is fully guaranteed. There are a total of 6 rooms. 4 single rooms, 2 multi-person rooms, and 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. Each room is provided with a bed, TV, air conditioner, fan, desk, chair, and hanger. In addition, mood lighting, sofas, aurora lighting, candle warmers, and picture frames are all different depending on the room type. The shared kitchen is equipped with a dining table, various tableware, and pots and pans for your use. You can use the microwave, toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, refrigerator, water purifier, and dryer.

It is the most convenient neighborhood for transportation, so it is suitable for not only backpackers in Jeju, but also those who are staying for a month or working and traveling in Jeju. Located next to Halla University in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju-si, for those who want to enjoy Daehak-ro facilities and various convenience facilities! (Large mart, hospital, cafe, Tamra Library, convenience store, bus stop all 5 minutes away) Those who work at the airport, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus from Jeju Airport! Dream Tower office workers, 5 minutes by car from Jeju Hyatt Hotel or 10 minutes by bus! Anyone who wants to live in Jeju Island for a short period of time to settle down! It is also the optimal location for traveling between the east and west of Jeju, serving as the midpoint of Jeju. There are various accommodations available, from single, double, and triple rooms. <기본구조> 쉐어하우스 형식의 주거형태로 길게 복도형식으로 되어있으며 반지하층 입니다. 각방은 개인실로 혼자 쓰시되, 주방 화장실은 공용사용 합니다. 총 방은 6개로 구성되어있으며, 1인실 4개, 다인실 2개 방 운영중에 있습니다. 화장실은 남.녀 화장실이 따로 구분되어 있으며, 샤워실도 따로 마련되어있습니다. <방> 침대, 티비, 에어컨, 선풍기, 책상, 의자, 행거 기본제공 됩니다. 그 외에 방 타입별로 무드등 조명, 쇼파, 오로라조명, 캔들워머, 액자가 모두 다릅니다. 수건과 이불 및 개인용품은 각자 준비해 와야 합니다. (침대시트, 이불, 베게 대여 무료입니다, 필요 시 미리 말씀해 주세요.) <공용주방> 4인용 공용 테이블이 있으며, 각종 식기류 및 냄비 후라이팬 이용가능합니다. 전자렌지, 토스트기, 밥통, 에어프라이어, 냉장고, 정수기, 건조기 사용 가능합니다. <화장실> 남,녀 화장실 모두 여성전용으로 사용되고 있으며 각 화장실 마다 세탁기 1대씩 따로 마련되어 있습니다. 건조기는 주방에 위치해 놓았으며 공용사용입니다. 건조기 사용 후 세탁물을 빼주시기 바라며 빠른 순환을 위하여 방번호를 포스트잇에 적어 건조기에 붙여 놓아주시기 바랍니다. 공용 화장지(화장실용), 세탁세제, 헤어드라이기 구비되어있습니다. <주차장> 건물내는 지정주차이므로 짐을 내리거나 옮길 때 잠깐 이용은 가능합니다, 건물 바로 옆 공영주차장(무료)이 크게 있으니 이용 부탁드립니다. <보안> 건물 내 복도 양쪽으로 24시간 cctv작동 중이며 물품 도난 및 사고예방, 디지털 도어락 설치로 셀프체크인과 안전하게 체류가 가능합니다. <청소> 쉐어하우스는 여러명이 사용하는 주거공간 형태입니다. 공용공간 청소는 매주 당번제로 번갈아가며 하고있습니다. 이점 미리 인지하시고 입주결정 부탁드릴게요! <난방> 바닥전기난방식입니다. 1~4사이로 설정 후 온기가 돌면 꺼주시기 바랍니다. 장기간 이용 시 전기세 과다청구 될 수 있습니다.
