Your personal private space is fully guaranteed. There are a total of 6 rooms. 4 single rooms, 2 multi-person rooms, and 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. Each room is provided with a bed, TV, air conditioner, fan, desk, chair, and hanger. In addition, mood lighting, sofas, aurora lighting, candle warmers, and picture frames are all different depending on the room type. The shared kitchen is equipped with a dining table, various tableware, and pots and pans for your use. You can use the microwave, toaster, rice cooker, air fryer, refrigerator, water purifier, and dryer.

<Basic Structure> This is a share house-style residence featuring a long corridor layout and is located on the semi-basement level. Each room is a private room for individual use, but the kitchen and bathrooms are shared. There are a total of 6 rooms, consisting of 4 single rooms and 2 multi-person rooms currently in operation. The restrooms are separated into men's and women's sections, and separate shower rooms are also provided. <Rooms> Beds, TVs, air conditioners, fans, desks, chairs, and clothes racks are provided as standard. Additionally, mood lighting, sofas, aurora lights, candle warmers, and picture frames vary by room type. Guests must bring their own towels, bedding, and personal items. (Bed sheets, bedding, and pillows are available for free rental; please let us know in advance if needed.) <Shared Kitchen> There is a shared table for 4 people, and various tableware, pots, and pans are available for use. Microwaves, toasters, rice cookers, air fryers, refrigerators, water purifiers, and dryers are available for use. <Bathrooms> Both men's and women's restrooms are used exclusively by women, and each restroom is equipped with one washing machine. The dryer is located in the kitchen and is for shared use. Please remove your laundry after using the dryer. To ensure quick turnover, please write your room number on a Post-it note and attach it to the dryer. Shared toilet paper (for restrooms), laundry detergent, and hair dryers are provided. <Parking> Parking within the building is designated, so you may use it briefly when unloading or moving luggage. There is a large, free public parking lot right next to the building, so please use that instead. <Security> 24-hour CCTV is in operation on both sides of the building's hallways to prevent theft and accidents. Digital door locks are installed to allow for self-check-in and a safe stay. <Cleaning> A share house is a type of residential space shared by multiple people. Cleaning of common areas is done on a rotating weekly basis. Please be aware of this before deciding to move in! <Heating> The heating system is electric floor heating. Please set it between 1 and 4 and turn it off once it starts to warm up. Prolonged use may result in excessive electricity charges.
