◈ Important Notes for Short-term Rentals * Personal hygiene items such as towels, shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are not provided, so please be sure to bring your own. * Please be aware that we may charge for damages if non-washable items, such as bedding and pillows, become stained or damaged. * For short-term rentals of 2 weeks or longer, please maintain cleanliness of the interior throughout the rental period. (Vacuum cleaner and mop provided) ◈ Important Contract Notes for Short-term Rentals * No pets allowed * Standard occupancy: 2 people * Rentals exceeding the standard contract occupancy are prohibited. If the number of occupants exceeds the contract limit, the contract will be immediately terminated and the tenant will be asked to vacate. ◈ Cooking Precautions for Short-term Rentals * Smoke generated while using the induction cooktop may trigger a fire alarm. * Odors may not dissipate if you cook grilled fish, prepare fish, or steam crab. (Please refrain from doing so, as cleaning fees may apply separately.) ◈ TV Usage Guide for Short-term Rentals * Basic cable TV channels are installed on the TV. * #Netflix is available. (Available immediately while logged in) ✖Smoking strictly prohibited✖ (You will be asked to leave if any complaints from other rooms arise due to smoking) ◈ Important Notes for Terminating Short-term Rentals 1. You must wash all used dishes and cooking utensils before vacating. 2. You must restore bedding and the room to their original condition before leaving. 3. General waste must be placed in designated volume-based waste bags and separated for disposal. 4. Food waste must be placed in yellow food waste bags and disposed of in the food waste bin next to the outdoor recycling area on the 1st floor. 5. Recyclable waste must be disposed of at the outdoor recycling area on the 1st floor of the building. 6. Upon vacating at the end of the rental period, you must complete waste disposal and basic cleaning in the same manner as before moving in. *Regarding management fees, apartment management fees, water, internet, and TV charges are included; however, electricity, gas, and heating charges will be settled separately upon vacating based on meter readings. Electricity meter - hallway in front of the door, Gas heating meter - outdoor unit room * An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW is expected if the area is not cleaned or is insufficient compared to the existing condition (Cleaning supplies - vacuum cleaner and mop provided). * If the above requirements are not met, the area is not restored to its original condition, or there is any damage, the contractor is responsible for compensation. The compensation amount must be paid directly or deducted from the security deposit.
