The closet is unusable, but a clothes rack is available. 4) Features include a 75-inch smart TV, water dispenser, sofa, large table, air purifier, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and electric blanket. 5) It is a studio apartment with no bedrooms; 17 super single beds, mattress toppers, and bedding are provided. (Single occupancy only) 6) Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, and pets are not allowed. 7) Immediate eviction will be enforced in the event of noise complaints or neighbor complaints. (No refunds) 8) Costs for lost, damaged, or broken items will be charged. 9) Cooking is not permitted (simple heating is allowed / 1-burner induction cooktop and pots provided).
