Location and surroundings * Located 15 minutes away from the express bus terminal * Convenience facilities such as convenience stores, large marts, and hospitals are available. * Restaurants and tourist attractions are located within walking distance.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. *Cooking is allowed in a separate kitchen, but grilling fish and meat indoors is not allowed. *When using the barbecue, please use it according to the instructions (You do not need to prepare charcoal, firewood, portable gas, etc. We have a barbecue dedicated to Swiss Outdoor Chef.) *Portable gas burners are prohibited for indoor use. *The interior is an open duplex, so please refrain from doing dangerous things like leaning on the railing. *The first floor living room is tiled, so be careful as there is a risk of slipping if water drips. *Please be careful not to contaminate the carpets on each floor. * No food or beverages allowed inside the 2nd floor movie theater (only water and snacks are allowed)
