Pyoseon Beach is a 5-minute drive away (10 minutes by village bus), and in Pyoseon-eup, there is a Hanaro Mart, a large grocery store, various restaurants, and a laundromat, all 5 minutes away by car. Pyoseon (public) Library, which has no access restrictions and a computer room, is a quiet place to work when staying for a month or to read a book with your family in the evening. There is no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building. It is a small apartment where you can sit on the veranda camping chair every morning and look out at the forest and listen to all kinds of birds singing. It is not particularly well decorated, but it is prepared enough to live there for a month without any inconvenience. ♧ There is no bed, but there is a 10cm thick latex mattress double size and an 8cm thick latex mattress super single size, and an extra memory foam mattress double size and a 3-stage folding mattress single size are provided. ♧ I wanted people to have time to read books with me, even if it's just for a little while during the day, so I set up two desks in the bedroom and the living room. ♧ We have prepared hand drip tools so that you can have a cup of coffee while sitting on a camping chair on the veranda with the sound of birds in the morning. We will also prepare high-quality pu-erh tea enough to brew ten times a month when you move in. ♧ Fans, air circulators, air purifiers, and humidifiers are also provided. ♧ Even on days when it is difficult to go outside due to wind and rain, I prepared simple hiking equipment so that you can move your body. ♧ It is a large apartment complex with 280 households, so it is safe, but many people who move in are looking for a quiet place, so it has a quiet and stable atmosphere unlike downtown or tourist destinations. It is a great place for those who want to stay quiet, but those who like a noisy atmosphere might find it uncomfortable. ♧ In Jeju Island, the clean house (garbage dump) is often far away and inconvenient, but here, the clean house is just 50m away from the apartment entrance, so it is convenient. ♧ The veranda is wide, with a forest view right in front of it, so it's great for sitting on a camping chair and resting or drying laundry. However, please understand that the small veranda attached to the small room cannot be used because several boxes are stacked on top of each other. ※Located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building and there is no elevator.
