Beautiful sea and Tongyeong Bridge, both rest and sightseeing are satisfying

I chose this place while searching for a safe and comfortable home for a summer vacation getaway. I was worried about the surroundings since it's a multi-unit residential building, but there was no noise at all and traveling alone felt safe. The surrounding infrastructure is excellent, and I especially enjoyed the bridge view, the rare sound of children, the bridge scenery below that never gets boring even when sitting all day, and the cool breeze. I was satisfied with all the nearby attractions, restaurants, and walking paths within a short distance. Although it's a small matter, when a dish got cracked, the host kindly overlooked it, allowing me to check out in a good mood. As a tip, public transportation is well-developed, and for parking, the two-way streets around the community center that overlooks the apartment are good. I recommend it.

My parents were extremely satisfied~!!! We booked this place after falling in love with the view of Tongyeong Bridge from the balcony. After driving a long distance to arrive, they were amazed when they saw the room, continuously saying how wonderful it was~^^ (My daughter who made the reservation got some credit for this ㅋ) The host carefully guided us to nearby restaurants, places to visit, and stores. When my parents had difficulty operating the TV, the host visited and helped them directly. Parking is available at the apartment during the day, and you can park at the Misudonng Community Center at night. Since it's right in front, it wasn't inconvenient at all. I think we'll visit this place again next time we go to Tongyeong. ^^

I really appreciated how quickly the host responded. The place was clean and well-organized, just as described, and I loved the wonderful location where I could enjoy the view of Tongyeong Bridge from the bed. Thanks to the host's kindness, I was able to stay comfortably, and the neighborhood atmosphere was excellent with cafes, great restaurants, and a marine park all nearby. I sincerely recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Tongyeong.

This is a wonderful accommodation with a view of Tongyeong Bridge that I'd love to visit again! The location is great, so it was convenient to go anywhere in Tongyeong. The naengmyeon restaurant recommended by the owner in the neighborhood was delicious too. As other reviews mentioned, the bathroom drain smell is unavoidable, but blocking it with something like a leftover container from salad made it a bit better. Had a great stay!!

I specifically chose a place with a sea view because I wanted to rest quietly and alone. It was a quiet neighborhood and the area right by the beach was great for walking. I liked how you could walk through the underwater tunnel to get to the other side of the beach. The host was so kind, and I was grateful. However, people like me who want to sleep more at the accommodation might struggle like I did. At 5:30 in the morning, the room gets bright and I can't sleep. There were some things more convenient than a hotel, but without blackout curtains on the bed, my eyes naturally open~ lol Also, the bed hurts my back, so I unintentionally wake up early and become more diligent 😭 This is just personal preference~ The view is pretty, the lighting is nice, the dishes are clean, and the bathroom is flawless~ I've fulfilled my dream of living in a place with a sea view, so I'm satisfied with this~

All the rest are advantages except for the disadvantages. Disadvantages are 1. I didn't know in advance that I couldn't watch terrestrial broadcasts. Smart TV wireless internet often lags (aka lags). Annoying. Need to replace with wired. How about getting rid of it? I suggest getting rid of it and putting in a high-performance wireless speaker. There are places without TVs. 2. On windy days, you can hear the wind noise (the sound of a sharp wind) through the front door. Disadvantages of a hallway-type apartment. You need to attach a windbreak (sponge) to the door or lock the door closer. It needs to be tightly sealed. There is no problem at all on days when there is no wind. 3. The bathroom is clean, but there is nothing you can do about the smell coming up through the drain. Disadvantages of an old apartment. So I keep the bathroom light (including the hood function) on. All the rest are advantages except for the disadvantages. The biggest advantages are 1. Clean and tidy. 2. There is plenty of parking around the Misu-dong Community Center even if you don't use the apartment parking lot. *** For reference, I recommend placing one fire extinguisher at the entrance to the front door. ***

I finally started my one-week stay that I had been looking for for several years this spring. Considering the cold in February, I was going to choose Busan, but I chose a place that had exactly the period and conditions I wanted without hesitation. Tongyeong, which I have already visited several times. The host... is so~ so accommodating. Above all, the facilities are clean. Thanks to that, I was able to stay comfortably as if I were staying at home. It was great for riding a bike, taking a walk, and I didn't get bored while I was at home because of the scenery outside the window. I fully enjoyed my original purpose of coming to travel and staying comfortably.

I booked the accommodation and was half worried and half excited about the view and condition of the accommodation I saw in the photos, but it exceeded my expectations. The accommodation view was nice and the interior was clean. The bus stop was right in front and there was a small mart and convenience store nearby, so it was convenient. Most of Tongyeong's famous attractions are within a 20-30 minute walk. The surrounding environment was safe and it was nice to take a walk nearby. There was no TV, but you could watch Netflix and Tiving. I already miss this place where you can see the peaceful sea and beautiful sunset~
